كثّفت وزارة السياحة جهودها الرقابية في عدد من الوجهات السياحية الصيفية بمختلف المناطق والمدن؛ لضمان التزام مرافق الضيافة بمختلف أنواعها بالحصول على الترخيص والتأكد من جودة الخدمات المقدمة للسياح والزوار من داخل المملكة وخارجها، تزامناً مع انطلاق موسم صيف السعودية.
وشملت الجولات الرقابية، خلال الشهرين الماضيين، عدداً من المناطق والمدن من بينها عسير، والباحة، والطائف، وجدة.
ونفذت الفرق الرقابية التابعة للوزارة أكثر من 2,800 زيارة رقابية وتفقدية في الوجهات الصيفية، ووقفت الوزارة من خلال الزيارات الرقابية على مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة، وتوفر متطلبات السلامة، ومستوى النظافة، والتأكد من حصولها على الترخيص اللازم من وزارة السياحة لمزاولة النشاط.
وشددت الوزارة على جميع مرافق الضيافة، بما في ذلك مرافق الضيافة الخاصة، في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بأهمية الالتزام بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، وتطبيق الاشتراطات المعتمدة من قبل الوزارة، مؤكدةً أنه سيتم تطبيق العقوبات بحق المخالفين، التي قد تصل إلى غرامة مالية قدرها مليون ريال أو إغلاق المرفق أو كليهما معاً.
وعقدت السياحة عدداً من الاجتماعات واللقاءات مع المستثمرين والمشغلين لمرافق الضيافة في الوجهات السياحية الصيفية، وذلك في إطار جهودها التوعوية، ووقفت خلالها على استعداد مرافق الضيافة لموسم الصيف، واستمعت إلى المقترحات والاستفسارات المقدمة من قبلهم، مؤكدة أهمية الالتزام بتطبيق الاشتراطات والحصول على ترخيص الوزارة اللازم للتشغيل.
ودعت الوزارة السياح والزوار إلى الإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات تتعلق بالخدمات المقدمة في مرافق الضيافة السياحية، عبر التواصل مع المركز الموحد للسياحة ليتم التعامل معها بشكل فوري، بما يعزّز جودة الخدمات، ويرتقي بتجربة الزائر في مختلف الوجهات السياحية.

The Ministry of Tourism has intensified its regulatory efforts in several summer tourist destinations across various regions and cities to ensure that hospitality facilities of all types comply with licensing requirements and to verify the quality of services provided to tourists and visitors from within and outside the Kingdom, coinciding with the launch of the Saudi summer season.
The regulatory tours over the past two months included several regions and cities, including Asir, Al-Baha, Taif, and Jeddah.
The ministry's regulatory teams conducted more than 2,800 inspection and monitoring visits to summer destinations, and through these visits, the ministry assessed the quality of services provided, the availability of safety requirements, cleanliness levels, and ensured that they obtained the necessary license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate.
The ministry emphasized to all hospitality facilities, including private hospitality establishments, across various regions of the Kingdom, the importance of adhering to providing high-quality services and applying the conditions approved by the ministry, confirming that penalties will be imposed on violators, which may reach a financial fine of up to one million riyals or the closure of the facility or both.
The Ministry of Tourism held several meetings and discussions with investors and operators of hospitality facilities in summer tourist destinations as part of its awareness efforts, during which it assessed the readiness of hospitality facilities for the summer season and listened to their suggestions and inquiries, emphasizing the importance of complying with the conditions and obtaining the necessary ministry license for operation.
The ministry urged tourists and visitors to report any observations regarding the services provided in tourist hospitality facilities by contacting the unified tourism center to address them promptly, which enhances service quality and elevates the visitor experience in various tourist destinations.
