دشّن وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، بوابة «خدماتي» التي تجمع في منصة موحدة جميع الخدمات المقدمة لمنسوبي الوزارة، وذلك في إطار رفع كفاءة أداء الموظفين، وتحسين تجربتهم، وتيسير وصولهم إلى الخدمات بمرونة وجودة عالية.
وتهدف البوابة إلى توفير نقطة وصول واحدة تسهّل على منسوبي الوزارة الوصول إلى معلوماتهم وخدماتهم، مع أتمتة المهمات والإجراءات، وتسريع عمليات الموافقة على الطلبات؛ مما يسهم في تقليص الوقت والجهد المبذولين في العمليات الإدارية، وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.
وتأتي هذه البوابة لتعزز حوكمة الإجراءات؛ لضمان كفاءة سير العمليات وتحقيق أفضل الممارسات المؤسسية.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, launched the "My Services" portal, which consolidates all services provided to the ministry's employees into a unified platform. This initiative aims to enhance employee performance, improve their experience, and facilitate their access to services with flexibility and high quality.
The portal aims to provide a single access point that simplifies the process for ministry employees to access their information and services, while automating tasks and procedures, and speeding up the approval processes for requests. This contributes to reducing the time and effort spent on administrative operations and enhancing operational efficiency.
This portal comes to strengthen the governance of procedures to ensure the efficient flow of operations and achieve the best institutional practices.
