«سدايا» تبني قدرات 400 موظف حكومي في تصنيف البيانات

SDAIA has launched a training program for data classification, targeting more than 400 participants from government entities, including representatives from data management offices, classification officials, business data representatives and specialists, as well as cybersecurity experts.

The program aims to build national capacities in the field of data classification by enabling participants to understand classification effectively, in accordance with the applicable national policies and regulations. The program covers the fundamental concepts of data classification, including benefits and risks, and reviews the regulatory tools issued by SDAIA, in addition to measurement standards and application methodology within government entities, thereby enhancing compliance with the requirements of national data governance.

The program addresses several key areas; including data classification, regulatory tools for classification, measuring classification in the national data index and clarifying its components, as well as the steps and stages of data classification, introducing controls and specifications, and applying measurement standards in the classification field.

This step is an extension of SDAIA's efforts to enhance data governance at the national level and improve the efficiency of data handling within government entities, through the development of regulatory frameworks, launching training initiatives, and providing technical and legislative tools that ensure safe and effective use, contributing to the establishment of a reliable national data system that supports decision-making and helps achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
