عاد قطار المشاعر إلى قواعده استعداداً لموسم حج 1448هـ، وأعلنت «سار» انتهاء التشغيل الفعلي لقطار المشاعر المقدسة لموسم حج هذا العام، إذ أسهم قطار المشاعر في نقل أكثر من 1.9 مليون راكب بين محطاته التسع الواقعة في مشاعر عرفات ومزدلفة ومنى، عبر تسيير 1800 رحلة خلال الموسم، وفق أعلى معايير السلامة والانسيابية.
واستمر تشغيل قطار المشاعر المقدسة خلال موسم الحج على مدى 7 أيام، بدأت في السابع من شهر ذي الحجة وامتدت حتى اكتمال حركة الحجاج بنهاية أيام التشريق، إذ شهد تنقل الحجاج بين المشاعر كثافة تشغيلية عالية جرى التعامل معها بكفاءة، بدءاً من مرحلة التصعيد إلى مشعر عرفات، مروراً بمرحلة النفرة إلى مزدلفة، ثم مرحلة الإفاضة إلى مشعر منى، وانتهاءً بحركة الحجاج خلال أيام التشريق باتجاه جسر الجمرات، بما أسهم في تحقيق انسيابية في الحركة وتيسير تنقل الحجاج بين المشاعر المقدسة.
وأسهمت منظومة تشغيل قطار المشاعر المقدسة في تسهيل تنقل ضيوف الرحمن بين المشاعر بكفاءة عالية، من خلال تنظيم دقيق لحركة القطارات وتكامل في إدارة العمليات التشغيلية، بما يعزّز مستويات السلامة ويحد من الازدحام، ويسهم في تحسين تجربة الحجاج خلال أداء مناسكهم.
The Masha'er train has returned to its bases in preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH. "SAR" announced the completion of the actual operation of the Masha'er train for this year's Hajj season, as the train contributed to transporting more than 1.9 million passengers between its nine stations located in the areas of Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina, by operating 1800 trips during the season, adhering to the highest standards of safety and smoothness.
The Masha'er train operated during the Hajj season for 7 days, starting on the seventh of Dhul-Hijjah and continuing until the completion of the pilgrims' movement at the end of the days of Tashreeq. The movement of pilgrims between the sacred sites witnessed high operational density, which was managed efficiently, starting from the ascent to the site of Arafat, passing through the departure to Muzdalifah, then the flow to Mina, and finally the movement of pilgrims during the days of Tashreeq towards the Jamarat Bridge, which contributed to achieving smooth movement and facilitating the transportation of pilgrims between the sacred sites.
The operational system of the Masha'er train has facilitated the movement of the guests of Allah between the sacred sites with high efficiency, through precise organization of train movements and integration in managing operational processes, which enhances safety levels, reduces congestion, and contributes to improving the experience of pilgrims during their rituals.
