تحقق السلطات الكويتية في ظروف وملابسات هروب «3» نزلاء من المؤسسات الإصلاحية، وحثت كافة القطاعات الأمنية والمباحث الجنائية على سرعة ضبط كل من: علي مناحي السبيعي (كويتي)، وأحمد محمد قاطع (غير كويتي)، وحسن سالم الرشيدي (كويتي)، وتعميم بياناتهم على جميع منافذ البلاد لضمان عدم هروبهم.
وأهابت السلطات الكويتية بالجميع توخي الحيطة والحذر وعدم التعامل مع النزلاء الهاربين والإبلاغ فورا عن أي معلومات تتعلق بهم، مؤكدة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق كل من يثبت تورطه في مساعدتهم أو التستر عليهم.
Kuwaiti authorities are investigating the circumstances and details surrounding the escape of "3" inmates from correctional facilities, and have urged all security sectors and criminal investigations to quickly apprehend: Ali Manahi Al-Sebai (Kuwaiti), Ahmed Mohammed Qata (non-Kuwaiti), and Hassan Salem Al-Rashidi (Kuwaiti), and to circulate their information at all border points of the country to ensure they do not escape.
The Kuwaiti authorities have called on everyone to exercise caution and vigilance, and not to engage with the escaped inmates, urging immediate reporting of any information related to them, while confirming that legal actions will be taken against anyone found to be involved in assisting or harboring them.
