التقى النائب العام الشيخ سعود بن عبدالله المعجب، في العاصمة بيشكك، النائب العام لجمهورية قرغيزستان مقصد آسانالييف.
ووقع الجانبان مذكرة تفاهم بين النيابة العامة للمملكة العربية السعودية والنيابة العامة لجمهورية قرغيزستان، تهدف إلى تبادل المعلومات في المجالات المشتركة، وإجراء البحوث حول المسائل المهمة المرتبطة بالمصالح المشتركة بين الطرفين وعقد الاجتماعات واللقاءات العلمية المشتركة.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية استمراراً للعلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين وتطويراً لإجراءات الاتصال القضائي الدولي بين النيابة العامة السعودية ونظيرتها في قرغيزستان لتعزيز مكافحة الجرائم العابرة للحدود وفق أفضل الممارسات القانونية الدولية في هذا الصدد.
حضر التوقيع سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية قرغيزستان إبراهيم بن راضي الراضي.
The Attorney General Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mu'jab met in the capital Bishkek with the Attorney General of the Kyrgyz Republic, Maksat Asanaliev.
The two sides signed a memorandum of understanding between the Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Public Prosecution of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at exchanging information in common areas, conducting research on important issues related to mutual interests, and holding meetings and joint scientific gatherings.
This agreement comes as a continuation of the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and as a development of international judicial communication procedures between the Saudi Public Prosecution and its counterpart in Kyrgyzstan to enhance the fight against transnational crimes in accordance with the best international legal practices in this regard.
The signing was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Kyrgyz Republic, Ibrahim bin Radi Al-Radi.
