كثفت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، أعمالها لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن بمنظومة متكاملة من الأعمال بعد أن منَّ الله عليهم بأداء فريضة الحج وإثراء تجربتهم الإيمانية والمعرفية.
وتوسعت الهيئة في عنايتها بمختلف الجوانب التشغيلية والميدانية في المسجد النبوي من خدمات السجاد وسقيا الماء المبارك وخدمات التطييب والتعطير والتنقل عبر عربات الغولف بما يتجاوز 10 آلاف مستفيد يومياً، وتسهيل حركة الحشود البشرية وزيارة الروضة، وجاهزية خدمات التكييف والإضاءة والصوت لتهيئة بيئة تعبدية مريحة لضيوف الرحمن.
كما سهّل التنظيم الجديد الذي طبقته الهيئة تفويج الزوار للروضة الشريفة؛ حسب المواعيد المحددة عبر تطبيق «نسك»، ونجح التنظيم الجديد بشكل كبير في انسيابية التفويج وتحسين مستوى تجربة الزيارة وتنظيمها وإدارتها بكفاءة.
وتشمل الإجراءات تحسين مسار التفويج، وتوفير أنظمة قراءة مواعيد الزيارة، وتطوير خدمات المواعيد عبر «نسك»، إلى جانب تأهيل فريق متخصص لإدارة عملية التفويج وإدارة الحشود، وتنظيم برامج متخصصة لإثراء تجربة الزيارة لترتيب الحجوزات.
مواعيد الزيارة للرجال والنساء
طبقاً للتنظيم، مواعيد الزيارة للرجال تأتي على فترتين؛ الأولى من الساعة ١٢:٣٠ صباحاً إلى صلاة الفجر، والفترة الثانية من ١١:٣٠ ظهراً إلى صلاة العشاء. ومواعيد الزيارة للنساء الفترة الأولى فيها من الساعة ٥:٣٠ فجراً إلى الساعة ١١ صباحاً، والفترة الثانية من ٩:٣٠ ليلاً إلى الساعة ١٢ منتصف الليل.
وزيارة النساء للروضة في الفترة الصباحية الدخول من الجهة الشمالية البوابة رقم 34، وفي الفترة المسائية من الساحات الجنوبية أمام باب مكة رقم 37. وأشاد كثير من الزوار بعمليات التنظيم والتفويج وسهولة تطبيق «نسك»، الذي أتاح لهم الحجز بكل سهولة لزيارة الروضة الشريفة.

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has intensified its efforts to serve the guests of Allah with a comprehensive system of services after Allah granted them the opportunity to perform the Hajj and enrich their spiritual and knowledge experience.
The authority has expanded its care in various operational and field aspects at the Prophet's Mosque, including services for carpets, providing blessed water, fragrance services, and transportation via golf carts, benefiting more than 10,000 individuals daily. It has also facilitated the movement of large crowds and visits to the Rawdah, ensuring the readiness of air conditioning, lighting, and sound services to create a comfortable worship environment for the guests of Allah.
The new organization implemented by the authority has facilitated the flow of visitors to the noble Rawdah according to the scheduled times through the "Nusk" application. The new organization has been significantly successful in ensuring smooth crowd management and improving the level of the visit experience, organizing it efficiently.
The measures include improving the flow path, providing systems for reading visit times, developing appointment services through "Nusk," in addition to qualifying a specialized team to manage the flow process and crowd management, and organizing specialized programs to enrich the visit experience for booking arrangements.
Visiting Times for Men and Women
According to the organization, visiting times for men are divided into two periods: the first from 12:30 AM to Fajr prayer, and the second from 11:30 AM to Isha prayer. The visiting times for women include the first period from 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and the second period from 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Women visiting the Rawdah in the morning period should enter from the northern side at Gate No. 34, and in the evening period from the southern courtyards in front of Mecca Gate No. 37. Many visitors praised the organization and flow management operations and the ease of using the "Nusk" application, which allowed them to book easily for a visit to the noble Rawdah.
