أعلنت قوات الفرقة الأولى للطوارئ اليوم (الإثنين) القبض على مطلوبين أمنياً في منطقة العبر بحضرموت وضبط مصنع للمتفجرات.
وأوضحت القوات الأمنية أن عدداً من الوحدات الأمنية نفذت عملية أمنية نوعية بمديرية العبر في حضرموت بالتنسيق مع النيابة والسلطة المحلية والجهاز المركزي لأمن الدولة، واستهدفت منزل المدعو علي عبدالله بن هفتان الصيعري، المعروف حركياً لدى أمن ومخابرات مليشيا الحوثي باسم أبو زامل، بعد استكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، لافتة إلى أن التحريات الأمنية أكدت أن الموقع يستخدم لتصنيع المتفجرات والعبوات الناسفة، وإيواء مطلوبين أمنياً، وإدارة أنشطة مرتبطة بأعمال تخريبية وإرهابية، مستغلاً طبيعة المنطقة المفتوحة على 4 محافظات: الوادي والصحراء بحضرموت وشبوة، ومأرب والجوف.

وذكرت القوات في بيانها أن المعلومات الأمنية تؤكد استخدام الموقع في التخطيط والإعداد لعمليات استهدفت خطوط الإمداد على الخط الدولي، إضافة إلى ارتباطه بعدد من القضايا الجنائية والأمنية، بينها استهداف منتسبين في القوات المسلحة، وممارسة أنشطة الاتجار بالمواد الممنوعة.

وكشفت القوات في بيانها أن العملية أدت إلى إلقاء القبض على أحد المطلوبين أمنياً، المتورط في قضايا حرابة وأعمال إرهابية منذ نحو 15 عاماً، إضافة إلى ضبط نجل صاحب المنزل، فيما تمكنت القوة من ضبط معمل لتصنيع المتفجرات وعدد من العبوات الناسفة الجاهزة للاستخدام، وكميات من الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية، والنواظير الليلية، إضافة إلى مواد مخدرة.

وذكر البيان أن الفريق الهندسي المختص باشر تنفيذ الإجراءات الفنية اللازمة، حيث تم تحريز وتأمين العبوات الناسفة والمضبوطات وفق الإجراءات الأمنية المعتمدة، تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات وإحالة القضية إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة.
وقالت قيادة الفرقة الأولى قوات الطوارئ اليمنية إن هذه العملية تأتي في إطار الجهود المستمرة لمكافحة الإرهاب وتعقب العناصر المطلوبة أمنياً وتجفيف منابع الأنشطة الإرهابية، بالتنسيق مع مختلف الأجهزة العسكرية والأمنية، بما يعزز الأمن والاستقرار ويحافظ على سلامة المواطنين.
وشددت القيادة على استمرار العمليات الأمنية والاستخباراتية وفقاً للقانون، ومواصلة ملاحقة كل من يثبت تورطه في أعمال تمس أمن الوطن واستقراره، مؤكدة أن جميع المضبوطات والمتهمين سيخضعون للإجراءات القانونية والقضائية المختصة.
The First Emergency Division announced today (Monday) the arrest of security suspects in the Al-Abr area of Hadhramaut and the seizure of an explosives factory.
The security forces explained that a number of security units carried out a qualitative security operation in the Al-Abr district of Hadhramaut in coordination with the prosecution, the local authority, and the Central Security Agency, targeting the house of the suspect Ali Abdullah bin Haftan Al-Sayari, known in the security and intelligence circles of the Houthi militia as Abu Zamel, after completing the necessary legal procedures. They pointed out that security investigations confirmed that the site was used for manufacturing explosives and improvised explosive devices, harboring security suspects, and managing activities related to sabotage and terrorist operations, taking advantage of the area's openness to four governorates: Wadi and Desert in Hadhramaut, Shabwa, Marib, and Al-Jawf.

The forces stated in their announcement that security information confirms the use of the site in planning and preparing operations targeting supply lines on the international road, in addition to its connection to several criminal and security cases, including targeting members of the armed forces and engaging in activities related to the trafficking of prohibited materials.

The forces revealed in their statement that the operation led to the arrest of one of the security suspects, involved in robbery and terrorist activities for about 15 years, in addition to the seizure of the homeowner's son. The force was able to seize a factory for manufacturing explosives and several ready-to-use improvised explosive devices, as well as quantities of weapons and military equipment, and night vision goggles, in addition to narcotic substances.

The statement mentioned that the specialized engineering team began implementing the necessary technical procedures, where the improvised explosive devices and seized items were secured and preserved according to the approved security procedures, in preparation for completing investigations and referring the case to the relevant judicial authorities.
The leadership of the First Emergency Forces of Yemen stated that this operation comes as part of ongoing efforts to combat terrorism, track down security suspects, and dry up the sources of terrorist activities, in coordination with various military and security agencies, which enhances security and stability and preserves the safety of citizens.
