حذّر المحامي الكويتي عيسى الكندري من نشر أو تداول صور ومقاطع مصورة لموكله الفنان عبدالله الرويشد مع أفراد أسرته دون علمه أو موافقته خلال الفترة الحالية التي يخضع فيها للعلاج والنقاهة، مؤكداً أن من يفعل ذلك ستُتخذ بحقه إجراءات قانونية وفقاً للأنظمة والقوانين المطبقة في دولة الكويت.
منشور تحذيري
ونشر عبدالله الرويشد وعيسى الكندري منشوراً عبر صفحتيهما الرسميتين على «إنستغرام»، جاء فيه: "نظراً لما يتم تداوله خلال الفترة الأخيرة من صور ومقاطع مصورة لموكلنا الفنان عبدالله الرويشد، والتي يتم التقاطها ونشرها وهو مع أفراد أسرته دون علمه أو موافقته، وهو حالياً في فترة علاجه ونقاهته، فإننا نودّ أن ننوه إلى ما يلي: يمرّ موكلنا حالياً بمرحلة علاجية تتطلب الهدوء والخصوصية، فإن تصويره في الأماكن العامة دون علمه، ونشر هذه المواد التي تتعلق به دون إذنه، يُعد انتهاكاً لخصوصيته ويؤثر سلباً على راحته وصحته النفسية".
وتابع البيان: "وإذ نثمّن محبة الجمهور وحرصهم على الاطمئنان عليه، فإننا نتمنى من الجميع، أفراداً ومنصاتٍ على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، احترام خصوصية موكلنا والامتناع عن تصويره دون علمه وتداول هذه الصور أو المقاطع الخاصة به دون موافقة صريحة. كما نؤكد أننا نحتفظ بكل الحقوق القانونية تجاه أي تجاوز أو انتهاك للخصوصية أو نشر لمحتوى يتم الحصول عليه أو تداوله بالمخالفة للأنظمة والقوانين المطبقة في دولة الكويت".
وأضاف: "نشكر الجميع على تفهمهم وتعاونهم، ونسأل الله له تمام الشفاء ودوام الصحة والعافية لموكلنا عبدالله الرويشد.
الحالة الصحية
وأُصيب الرويشد بجلطة دماغية بعد حفله في الكويت في فبراير 2024، وتناقلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وقتها خبر إصابته بالجلطة الدماغية، التي أُدخل على أثرها إلى العناية المركزة في مستشفى جابر الأحمد بالكويت لمدة 28 يوماً، ثم غادرها بعد تحسُّن حالته الصحية. ولكن سرعان ما أعلنت صفحات روتانا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، «إنستغرام» ومنصة «إكس»، أنه سيكمل رحلة علاجه في ألمانيا، وكان ذلك في شهر أبريل 2024. وبعد أشهرٍ من رحلة علاجه، فاجأ الرويشد متابعيه بنشر لقطات من تصويره لأغنية جديدة طرحها مع شركة روتانا، حملت عنوان: «ما قلتلك». وفي شهر أكتوبر 2024، تزينت شوارع دولة الكويت استعداداً لاستقبال الفنان عبدالله الرويشد بعد رحلة علاج دامت شهوراً.
تكريم الرياض
وبعد عودته من رحلة العلاج، فاجأ الرويشد جمهوره بحضوره إلى الرياض، وتحديداً في حفل «Joy Awards» في 2025، وكرّمه رئيس هيئة الترفيه المستشار تركي آل الشيخ بجائزة «الإنجاز مدى الحياة»، بحضور عدد من الفنانين.
Kuwaiti lawyer Eissa Al-Kandari warned against publishing or circulating photos and videos of his client, artist Abdullah Al-Ruwaished, with his family members without his knowledge or consent during the current period in which he is undergoing treatment and recovery, emphasizing that legal actions will be taken against anyone who does so in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait.
Warning Announcement
Abdullah Al-Ruwaished and Eissa Al-Kandari published a statement on their official Instagram pages, stating: "In light of the recent circulation of photos and videos of our client, artist Abdullah Al-Ruwaished, which are being taken and published while he is with his family members without his knowledge or consent, and as he is currently in a period of treatment and recovery, we would like to point out the following: Our client is currently undergoing a treatment phase that requires calm and privacy. Therefore, photographing him in public places without his knowledge and publishing these materials related to him without his permission constitutes a violation of his privacy and negatively affects his comfort and mental health."
The statement continued: "While we appreciate the love of the public and their concern for his well-being, we hope that everyone, individuals and platforms on social media, will respect our client's privacy and refrain from photographing him without his knowledge and circulating these photos or videos without explicit consent. We also affirm that we reserve all legal rights regarding any violation of privacy or publication of content obtained or circulated in violation of the applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait."
He added: "We thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation, and we ask God for complete recovery and lasting health and wellness for our client Abdullah Al-Ruwaished."
Health Condition
Al-Ruwaished suffered a stroke after his concert in Kuwait in February 2024, and social media at the time circulated the news of his stroke, which led to him being admitted to the intensive care unit at Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital in Kuwait for 28 days, after which he left following an improvement in his health condition. However, soon after, Rotana's pages on social media, including Instagram and the X platform, announced that he would continue his treatment journey in Germany, which was in April 2024. After months of his treatment journey, Al-Ruwaished surprised his followers by posting clips from the filming of a new song he released with Rotana, titled: "Ma Qiltlak." In October 2024, the streets of Kuwait were adorned in preparation for the reception of artist Abdullah Al-Ruwaished after months of treatment.
Honor in Riyadh
After returning from his treatment journey, Al-Ruwaished surprised his audience by attending the "Joy Awards" in Riyadh in 2025, where he was honored by the Chairman of the Entertainment Authority, Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, with the "Lifetime Achievement Award," in the presence of several artists.
