A qualitative contribution provided by the Saudi ground forces, represented by the Weapons of Mass Destruction Defense, as they participate with 11 specialized teams in chemical and radiological monitoring, supporting civil defense in detecting pollution factors and decontamination efforts. This is part of the efforts to secure the entrances and vital locations in the holy sites and enhance the safety of the guests of الرحمن.

The ground forces, represented by the Weapons of Mass Destruction Defense, participate with a specialized team from the defense units to support and assist civil defense efforts by conducting reconnaissance operations and detecting hazardous materials, in addition to carrying out radiological and chemical decontamination missions using the latest advanced equipment and devices.

This participation reflects the level of integration and coordination between the ground forces and other security sectors, highlighting the high readiness to provide a safe and organized environment for the pilgrims, in line with the directives of the wise leadership in serving the guests of الرحمن.
