وقّعت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، ممثلةً بوكالة تنمية المجتمع «الإدارة العامة للرعاية اليومية للأطفال»، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة «NAWA PR»؛ بهدف تطوير الخدمات المقدمة للأطفال ورفع كفاءة العاملين في قطاع مراكز ضيافة الأطفال، بما يتوافق مع توجهات الوزارة.
ومثّل الوزارة في توقيع المذكرة الوكيل المساعد للخدمات المجتمعية طارق بن علي الربع، فيما مثّل الشركة رئيس مجلس إدارتها خالد بن فهد العمري، بحضور مدير عام الإدارة العامة للرعاية اليومية للأطفال نوف بنت دخيل الجريوي.
وتهدف المذكرة إلى تعزيز التعاون بين الجانبين في عدد من المجالات الداعمة لقطاع ضيافة الأطفال، من بينها تنفيذ ورش عمل حضورية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، تستهدف المراكز المعنية، وتسهم في التعريف بأهمية المبادرة وأثرها في تحسين جودة الخدمات ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية للمراكز وكوادرها.
كما تشمل مجالات التعاون المساهمة في بناء تحالفات وشراكات دولية مع مراكز ومؤسسات متخصصة؛ لنقل المعرفة وتبادل الخبرات، إلى جانب تنظيم وإطلاق جائزة سنوية لمراكز ضيافة الأطفال، بهدف تحفيز الابتكار وتجويد الخدمات وتعزيز كفاءة المراكز، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتأتي المذكرة ضمن جهود وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية لتمكين الفرد والمجتمع والمؤسسات، والارتقاء بسوق العمل من خلال تطوير السياسات والتشريعات، وتعزيز قدرة منسوبيها على تقديم تجربة مميزة للمستفيدين، وصولاً إلى مجتمع حيوي ممكّن وبيئة عمل متميزة وسوق عمل جاذب.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, represented by the Community Development Agency "General Administration for Daily Child Care," has signed a memorandum of understanding with "NAWA PR" to develop services provided to children and enhance the efficiency of workers in the child care centers sector, in line with the ministry's objectives.
The ministry was represented in signing the memorandum by the Assistant Undersecretary for Community Services, Tariq bin Ali Al-Rub', while the company was represented by its Chairman of the Board, Khalid bin Fahd Al-Omari, in the presence of the Director General of the General Administration for Daily Child Care, Nawaf bint Dakhil Al-Jarwi.
The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in several areas supporting the child care sector, including the implementation of in-person workshops in various regions of the Kingdom, targeting the relevant centers, and contributing to raising awareness about the importance of the initiative and its impact on improving service quality and enhancing the operational efficiency of the centers and their staff.
Areas of cooperation also include contributing to building international alliances and partnerships with specialized centers and institutions; to transfer knowledge and exchange experiences, in addition to organizing and launching an annual award for child care centers, aimed at stimulating innovation, improving services, and enhancing the efficiency of the centers, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This memorandum is part of the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to empower individuals, communities, and institutions, and to elevate the labor market by developing policies and legislation, enhancing the ability of its personnel to provide a distinctive experience for beneficiaries, leading to a vibrant, empowered community, an outstanding work environment, and an attractive labor market.
