زار قائد قوات أمن المنشآت المكلف اللواء المهندس سعد بن عبدالعزيز المغيصيب، مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، وكان في استقباله قائد المركز الوطني للعمليات الأمنية العميد عمر بن عيضة الطلحي.
وتجول قائد قوات أمن المنشآت المكلف، في أقسام المركز واطلع على آلية سير العمل وكيفية التعامل مع البلاغات والاتصالات الواردة للمركز وإحالتها إلى الجهة المختصة في أسرع وقت ومتابعتها حتى انتهائها بدقة واحترافية عالية، وفق أحدث الوسائل التقنية الموحدة، لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن بعدة لغات على مدار 24 ساعة.
يذكر أن مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة مكة المكرمة يخدم (16) محافظة، بجانب مدينة مكة المكرمة، ووحدة عمل (47) غرفة عمليات في مكان واحد وبرقم طوارئ موحد هو (911)، ويختص باستقبال جميع المكالمات الطارئة الخاصة بعدد من الجهات الأمنية والخدمية.
The Acting Commander of the Security Forces for Facilities, Major General Engineer Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Mughaiseeb, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region, where he was received by the Commander of the National Security Operations Center, Brigadier General Omar bin Aida Al-Talhi.
The Acting Commander of the Security Forces for Facilities toured the center's departments and learned about the workflow and how to handle incoming reports and calls to the center, referring them to the relevant authorities as quickly as possible and following up on them until they are resolved with high accuracy and professionalism, using the latest unified technical means to provide the best services to the guests of Allah in several languages around the clock.
It is worth mentioning that the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Makkah region serves (16) governorates, in addition to the city of Makkah, and operates (47) operation rooms in one place with a unified emergency number (911), specializing in receiving all emergency calls related to several security and service entities.
