وجرى خلال الاستقبال استعراض أوجه العلاقات بين المملكة والاتحاد الأفريقي وسبل تعزيزها في شتى المجالات، ومناقشة الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
حضر الاستقبال، نائب وزير الخارجية المهندس وليد بن عبدالكريم الخريجي، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية إثيوبيا الفيدرالية الديمقراطية الدكتور فهد الحميداني.
Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received today at the Ministry's office in Riyadh the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Yusuf.
During the reception, the aspects of the relations between the Kingdom and the African Union were reviewed, along with ways to enhance them in various fields, and topics of mutual interest were discussed.
The reception was attended by the Deputy Foreign Minister, Engineer Walid bin Abdul Karim Al-Khreeji, and the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Dr. Fahd Al-Humaidani.
