ترأس رئيس ديوان المظالم رئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف أمس جلسة مجلس القضاء الإداري.
وأوضح أمين عام مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور علي الأحيدب، في بيان الجلسة أنها ناقشت عددًا من الملفات المتعلقة بتطوير أداء محاكم ديوان المظالم، ومتابعة المؤشرات، وجودة الأعمال، وأقرّ المجلس من خلالها قواعد التقاضي الرقمي في المحاكم الإدارية وتعويم الاختصاص المكاني؛ بهدف تحويل كافة محاكم ديوان المظالم في المملكة إلى محاكم رقمية بالكامل، وما يحققه ذلك من تجويد العملية القضائية وحوكمة إجراءاتها والتسهيل على المتقاضين بالاستفادة من التقنيات الناشئة، كما أقرّ المجلس ترقية 55 قاضيًا بمختلف درجات السلك القضائي بديوان المظالم.
وأكّد الدكتور الأحيدب أن المجلس أقرّ تشكيل 114 دائرة قضائية رقمية في مختلف المحاكم الإدارية بمناطق المملكة، وتحديد آلية العمل بها بارتباطها المبدئي بالمحاكم الإدارية، ابتداءً من منتصف يوليو القادم، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الخطوة تعد أولى الخطوات التمهيدية لإنشاء المحاكم الإدارية الرقمية الموحدة، والمضي قدمًا نحو تنفيذ رقمنة كافة أعمال القضاء الإداري.
The President of the Board of Grievances, Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, chaired a session of the Administrative Judiciary Council yesterday.
The Secretary-General of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali Al-Ahaidib, explained in a statement that the session discussed several files related to improving the performance of the Board of Grievances courts, monitoring indicators, and the quality of work. The council approved the rules for digital litigation in administrative courts and the floating of local jurisdiction; with the aim of transforming all Board of Grievances courts in the Kingdom into fully digital courts, which will enhance the judicial process, govern its procedures, and facilitate access for litigants by leveraging emerging technologies. The council also approved the promotion of 55 judges across various ranks in the judicial system of the Board of Grievances.
Dr. Al-Ahaidib confirmed that the council approved the formation of 114 digital judicial circuits in various administrative courts across the Kingdom, and set the working mechanism for them in connection with the administrative courts, starting from mid-July. He pointed out that this step is considered the first preparatory step towards establishing unified digital administrative courts and moving forward with the digitization of all administrative judiciary work.
