أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية اليوم إيداع مليارٍ و22 مليون ريال في حسابات مستفيدي برنامج «سكني» من وزارة البلديات والإسكان، والصندوق العقاري، لشهر مايو 2025.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للصندوق منصور بن ماضي أن إجمالي دعم شهر مايو خُصص لدعم أرباح عقود برامج الدعم السكني المتنوعة؛ بهدف دعم وتحسين قدرة المستفيدين لتملك السكن، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، -أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030-.
ودعا بن ماضي المستفيدين من منتج البناء الذاتي إلى الاستفادة من العرض التمويلي الذي يقدم للمنتج بالشراكة مع عددٍ من الجهات التمويلية، الذي يصل إلى 2.99%، إضافة إلى الحلول والمزايا التمويلية التي من أبرزها باقة البناء الذاتي، والتي تقدم دعماً فورياً غير مسترد يصل إلى 150 ألف ريال، إضافة إلى الحل التمويلي «دعمك يساوي قسطك»؛ لتسهيل رحلة تملك مستفيدي «البناء الذاتي» حتى اكتمال البناء وجاهزيته للسكن.
يُذكر أن صندوق التنمية العقارية يُقدم خدمات برامج الدعم السكني إلكترونياً من خلال البوابة الإلكترونية للصندوق، إضافة إلى خدمة «المستشار العقاري»؛ لتمكين المستفيدين من تصميم دعمهم السكني، والحصول على أفضل التوصيات التمويلية والسكنية.
The Real Estate Development Fund announced today the deposit of 1 billion and 22 million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the "Sakani" program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund, for May 2025.
The CEO of the Fund, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the total support for May is allocated to support the profits of contracts for various housing support programs; with the aim of supporting and improving the beneficiaries' ability to own housing, in line with the objectives of the housing program, which is one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Bin Madi urged beneficiaries of the self-construction product to take advantage of the financing offer provided for the product in partnership with several financing entities, which reaches up to 2.99%, in addition to the financing solutions and benefits, the most notable of which is the self-construction package, which offers immediate non-repayable support of up to 150,000 riyals, in addition to the financing solution "Your Support Equals Your Installment"; to facilitate the journey of ownership for beneficiaries of "self-construction" until the completion of construction and its readiness for habitation.
It is worth noting that the Real Estate Development Fund provides electronic housing support program services through the Fund's electronic portal, in addition to the "Real Estate Consultant" service; to enable beneficiaries to design their housing support and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
