قررت محكمة جنح التجمع الخامس، اليوم (الخميس)، تجديد سجن رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ وابن شقيقه رجل الأعمال أحمد الحداد، زوج الفنانة هاجر أحمد، إضافة إلى متهمين اثنين، لمدة 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات، بواقعة اقتحام معرض سيارات في القاهرة الجديدة، والتعدي بالضرب والسرقة بالإكراه والبلطجة وإتلاف ممتلكات الغير عمداً.
فحص المحادثات وتفريغ التسجيلات
مثل المتهمون أمام القاضي عبر الفيديو لمواجهتهم بتحريات المباحث والأدلة الفنية، واتخذت أجهزة الأمن في مديرية أمن القاهرة تدابير أمنية حول مبنى المحكمة بالتزامن مع الجلسة.
وكشفت مصادر بأن قوة من البحث الجنائي والأمن العام نفذت مأمورية تفتيش لمنزل نخنوخ تنفيذاً لقرار النيابة بإجراء المعاينات، وتحفظت على الهواتف المحمولة الخاصة به وبمن تواجدوا معه أثناء الواقعة، وأُرسلت إلى الإدارة العامة لتحقيق الأدلة الجنائية لفحصها وتفريغ المحادثات والتسجيلات.
صفعة المحامي
واجهت النيابة المتهمين بأقوال المحامي زياد عكاشة، الذي تبين بأنه لم يتهم نخنوخ مباشرةً بالاعتداء الجسدي، بل حدّد أحد أفراد حراسته بالصفع والاعتداء عليه أثناء محاولته التصوير والتدخل، ما جاء متوافقاً مع بيان صادر عن شقيق نخنوخ نفى فيه تورط رجل الأعمال شخصياً في صفع المحامي، وأكد احترام العائلة لمهنة المحاماة.
صلح لم يكتمل
وأفادت مصادر بوجود محاولات صلح قادها مقرّبون من الطرفين لعقد جلسة عرفية وتنازل المحامي عن الشقين المدني والجنائي، إلا أن المحامي تمسك بحقه القانوني ورفض التنازل، معتبراً أن الواقعة تمس كرامة المهنة.
في المقابل، طلبت النيابة استعجال التقارير الفنية الخاصة بفحص 3 مقاطع من كاميرات المراقبة المحيطة بالمعرض.
ولا تزال التحقيقات جارية، وتستكمل النيابة سماع الشهود واستكمال فحص الأدلة.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Misdemeanors decided today (Thursday) to renew the detention of businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh and his nephew businessman Ahmed Al-Haddad, husband of actress Hagar Ahmed, in addition to two other defendants, for 15 days pending investigations into the incident of storming a car exhibition in New Cairo, assault, robbery by force, thuggery, and deliberately damaging others' property.
Examination of Conversations and Recording Transcription
The defendants appeared before the judge via video to confront them with the investigations and technical evidence. Security forces in the Cairo Security Directorate took security measures around the courthouse during the session.
Sources revealed that a force from the Criminal Investigation and Public Security executed a search warrant at Nakhnoukh's home in implementation of the prosecution's decision to conduct inspections, seizing his mobile phones and those of others present with him during the incident, which were sent to the General Administration for Criminal Evidence for examination and transcription of conversations and recordings.
The Lawyer's Slap
The prosecution confronted the defendants with the statements of lawyer Ziad Okasha, who clarified that he did not directly accuse Nakhnoukh of physical assault, but identified one of his security personnel as having slapped and assaulted him while attempting to film and intervene. This was consistent with a statement issued by Nakhnoukh's brother, who denied the businessman’s personal involvement in slapping the lawyer and affirmed the family's respect for the legal profession.
An Unfinished Settlement
Sources indicated that there were attempts at reconciliation led by close associates from both sides to hold an informal session and for the lawyer to waive both the civil and criminal aspects; however, the lawyer insisted on his legal right and refused to withdraw, considering that the incident affects the dignity of the profession.
Meanwhile, the prosecution requested an expedited report on the technical examination of three clips from the surveillance cameras surrounding the exhibition.
Investigations are still ongoing, with the prosecution continuing to hear witnesses and complete the examination of evidence.
