قبضت شرطة منطقة مكة المكرمة على وافدَين من الجنسية القرغيزية؛ لنشرهما إعلانات موجهة لحاملي تأشيرات الزيارة، بإيهامهم بالحج دون تصريح، ونقلهم ومساعدتهم، وإيوائهم في موقعين استأجراهما داخل مدينة مكة المكرمة بمقابل مادي، وعددهم 87 من حاملي تأشيرات الزيارة مخالفين لأنظمة وتعليمات الحج بعدم وجود تصريح بالحج لديهم، وجرى إيقافهما واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما، وإحالتهما إلى النيابة العامة، وإحالة المخالفين للجهة المختصة لتطبيق العقوبات المقررة نظاماً بحقهم.
وأهاب الأمن العام بالمواطنين والمقيمين الالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج، والإبلاغ عمّن يخالف ذلك بالاتصال بالرقمين (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية و(999) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The police in the Makkah region arrested two individuals of Kyrgyz nationality for publishing advertisements directed at holders of visit visas, misleading them into thinking they could perform Hajj without a permit, transporting and assisting them, and sheltering them in two locations they rented within the city of Makkah for a fee. A total of 87 visit visa holders were involved, violating the regulations and instructions of Hajj due to the lack of a Hajj permit. Both individuals were detained, and legal actions were taken against them, with their case referred to the Public Prosecution, and the violators referred to the relevant authority to apply the prescribed penalties against them.
The Public Security urged citizens and residents to adhere to the regulations and instructions of Hajj and to report any violations by calling the numbers (911) in the Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's areas.
