رئيس «سدايا» يتفقّد الجاهزية التقنية في المنافذ الجوية والبرية والبحرية بالمملكة

The President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, reviewed the workflow and the level of operational and technical readiness at the air, land, and sea ports in the Kingdom designated to receive the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God this year, during a remote meeting held today with the engineering and technical teams working at these ports.

Al-Ghamdi observed the mechanisms for expediting procedures and integrating efforts with the relevant government agencies concerning Hajj at the ports, ensuring the smooth passage of pilgrims in record time. He also witnessed the preparation of various advanced technical systems to support the work of field agencies, in addition to implementing preventive readiness measures for these systems to ensure their continuity and effectiveness during the Hajj season.

During the meeting, Al-Ghamdi emphasized the importance of maintaining high efficiency and achieving integration with the government agencies concerned with Hajj to ensure a smooth and safe experience for the guests of الرحمن. He stressed that harnessing data and artificial intelligence in the operations of the ports and crowd management reflects SDAIA's commitment to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and enhancing the Kingdom's position in serving the pilgrims.

SDAIA's efforts during this year's Hajj season come in collaboration with various government entities to harness data and artificial intelligence, utilizing their capabilities to serve different government agencies during Hajj, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to the guests of الرحمن.
