نفذت بلدية الظهران مبادرة مجتمعية بالتعاون مع مركز كيان الطفل، وذلك في إطار تعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية وترسيخ قيم التكافل الإنساني، شملت توزيع حقائب شتوية وتقديم وجبات إفطار لرجال النظافة، تقديراً لجهودهم الميدانية ودورهم الحيوي في الحفاظ على نظافة المدينة وسلامة بيئتها.
من جانبه، أوضح رئيس بلدية الظهران المهندس فيصل بن عبد الهادي القحطاني أن المبادرة تهدف إلى دعم العاملين في الميدان وتوفير احتياجاتهم الأساسية خلال فصل الشتاء، في مشهد إنساني يجسد الاهتمام بالإنسان قبل كل شيء، ويعكس روح المسؤولية المجتمعية والتكامل بين الجهات الخدمية والمؤسسات الاجتماعية.
وأشار إلى أن هذه المبادرة تأتي امتداداً لدعم الفئات العاملة ميدانياً، وتعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية الفاعلة، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الحياة ونشر ثقافة العطاء والتقدير لكل من يساهم في خدمة المجتمع.
وثمَّن مركز كيان الطفل هذه الشراكة، مشيداً بالتعاون المثمر مع بلدية الظهران، ومؤكداً أن مثل هذه المبادرات تعزز القيم الإنسانية وتترك أثراً إيجابياً مستداماً في المجتمع.
The Dhahran Municipality has implemented a community initiative in collaboration with the Kayan Child Center, as part of enhancing community partnerships and reinforcing the values of human solidarity. This initiative included the distribution of winter bags and the provision of breakfast meals for sanitation workers, in appreciation of their field efforts and their vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of the city and the safety of its environment.
For his part, the Head of Dhahran Municipality, Engineer Faisal bin Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, explained that the initiative aims to support field workers and provide for their basic needs during the winter season, in a humanitarian scene that embodies the concern for people above all else, reflecting the spirit of social responsibility and integration between service entities and social institutions.
He pointed out that this initiative is an extension of support for the working groups in the field and enhancing effective community partnerships, which contributes to improving the quality of life and spreading a culture of giving and appreciation for everyone who contributes to serving the community.
The Kayan Child Center valued this partnership, praising the fruitful cooperation with the Dhahran Municipality, and confirming that such initiatives enhance human values and leave a lasting positive impact on the community.
