في إطار مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، وتوجهات صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء -حفظه الله-، الرامية إلى تعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية وتوسيع الشراكات الاقتصادية الدولية، افتتحت شركة «إتقان العقارية» فرعها الجديد في منطقة «موسكو سيتي» بالعاصمة الروسية موسكو، ضمن خططها للتوسع الدولي وتعزيز حضور الشركات الوطنية في الأسواق العالمية.
وعلى هامش الافتتاح، التقى رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة «إتقان العقارية»، الأستاذ عبدالعزيز بن فهد الرشيد، سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى روسيا الاتحادية، الأستاذ سامي بن محمد السدحان، في مقر السفارة بالعاصمة موسكو، حيث تبادل الجانبان وجهات النظر بشأن أهمية تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري، وفتح آفاق التواصل بين رجال الأعمال والشركات المتخصصة في القطاع العقاري بالبلدين، بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة، وفق الأنظمة والإجراءات المعتمدة.
وأشاد الرشيد بالجهود التي يبذلها السفير السدحان في خدمة المواطنين السعوديين ورعاية مصالحهم وتلمّس احتياجاتهم، إلى جانب اهتمامه بدعم رجال الأعمال والشركات الوطنية، وتسهيل تواصلهم مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، مؤكداً أن هذه الجهود تعكس الصورة المشرّفة للدبلوماسية السعودية، وتجسّد عناية القيادة الرشيدة بالمواطن السعودي ومصالحه أينما كان.
وثمّن الرشيد حفاوة الاستقبال وحسن الاهتمام والتعاون البنّاء الذي لقيه من السفير، مشيداً بالدور الذي تضطلع به سفارة المملكة في تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وتوثيق جسور التواصل الاقتصادي والتجاري بين البلدين الصديقين.
ونوّه رئيس مجلس إدارة «إتقان العقارية» بمتانة العلاقات السعودية الروسية، وأهمية تعزيز فرص التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين رجال الأعمال والمطورين العقاريين في البلدين، مشيراً إلى ما يشهده القطاع العقاري السعودي من تطور متسارع ومشروعات نوعية وفرص واعدة، في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية والتنموية التي تشهدها المملكة.
وأوضح أن افتتاح فرع الشركة في موسكو يأتي ضمن رؤيتها للتوسع في الأسواق الدولية، وبناء علاقات مهنية وتجارية مع الشركات والجهات المتخصصة، والتعريف بتطورات السوق العقارية السعودية ومقوماتها الاستثمارية، وفق الأطر التنظيمية والأنظمة المعمول بها.
واختتم الرشيد تصريحه بالتأكيد على أن هذه الخطوة تعكس تطلعات الشركة إلى تعزيز حضورها الدولي، وتطوير مجالات التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في القطاع العقاري، بما يواكب النهضة التنموية الشاملة التي تشهدها المملكة، ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030
In line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the directions of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect him - aimed at enhancing the investment environment and expanding international economic partnerships, Itqan Real Estate Company has opened its new branch in the "Moscow City" area of the Russian capital, Moscow, as part of its plans for international expansion and to strengthen the presence of national companies in global markets.
On the sidelines of the opening, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itqan Real Estate Company, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al-Rashed, met with the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Russian Federation, Mr. Sami bin Mohammed Al-Sudhan, at the embassy in Moscow, where both sides exchanged views on the importance of enhancing economic and commercial cooperation and opening avenues for communication between businessmen and companies specialized in the real estate sector in both countries, in a manner that serves mutual interests, according to the approved regulations and procedures.
Al-Rashed praised the efforts made by Ambassador Al-Sudhan in serving Saudi citizens, caring for their interests, and addressing their needs, in addition to his interest in supporting businessmen and national companies, and facilitating their communication with relevant authorities, affirming that these efforts reflect the honorable image of Saudi diplomacy and embody the leadership's care for Saudi citizens and their interests wherever they may be.
Al-Rashed appreciated the warm reception, good attention, and constructive cooperation he received from the ambassador, commending the role played by the Kingdom's embassy in enhancing bilateral relations and strengthening the economic and commercial communication bridges between the two friendly countries.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itqan Real Estate noted the strength of Saudi-Russian relations and the importance of enhancing opportunities for cooperation and exchanging experiences between businessmen and real estate developers in both countries, pointing to the rapid development and quality projects and promising opportunities in the Saudi real estate sector, in light of the economic and developmental transformations taking place in the Kingdom.
He explained that the opening of the company's branch in Moscow comes as part of its vision for expansion in international markets, building professional and commercial relationships with specialized companies and entities, and introducing the developments of the Saudi real estate market and its investment components, according to the regulatory frameworks and applicable regulations.
Al-Rashed concluded his statement by emphasizing that this step reflects the company's aspirations to enhance its international presence and develop areas of cooperation and exchange of experiences in the real estate sector, in line with the comprehensive developmental renaissance taking place in the Kingdom, and contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
