رفع النائب العام رئيس مجلس النيابة العامة الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف الشكر والعرفان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي بالموافقة على لائحة شؤون القضاة الوظيفية.
وأكد أن اللائحة الجديدة تجسِّد ما يحظى به المرفق القضائي من رعاية واهتمام مستمرين من القيادة الرشيدة، بما يُعزّز استقلال العمل القضائي ويرسّخ ضماناته، ويسهم في تنظيم شؤون القضاة ودعم الاستقرار الوظيفي ورفع كفاءة منظومة العدالة.
وأوضح أن هذه الخطوة تأتي امتداداً لمسيرة التطوير التي تشهدها المنظومة العدلية في المملكة، بما يرفع من جودة الأداء القضائي ويعزز تحقيق العدالة وفق أعلى المعايير المهنية والمؤسسية.
وفي ختام تصريحه، سأل خالد اليوسف الله تعالى أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين، وأن يديم على المملكة أمنها واستقرارها وازدهارها.
The Attorney General, Chairman of the Public Prosecution Council, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of the royal decree approving the regulations for the functional affairs of judges.
He affirmed that the new regulations embody the continuous care and attention that the judicial facility receives from the wise leadership, which enhances the independence of judicial work, solidifies its guarantees, and contributes to organizing the affairs of judges, supporting job stability, and raising the efficiency of the justice system.
He explained that this step is a continuation of the development journey that the judicial system in the Kingdom is witnessing, which raises the quality of judicial performance and enhances the achievement of justice according to the highest professional and institutional standards.
In conclusion of his statement, Khalid Al-Yousef prayed to Allah Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and to maintain the Kingdom's security, stability, and prosperity.
