كشفت المديرية العامة للجوازات، عن تمديد تأشيرة الزيارة منتهية الصلاحية وهوية زائر منتهية الصلاحية آلياً، دون الحاجة إلى المراجعة بشرط توفر جواز سفر يمني ساري الصلاحية.
أوضحت المديرية، أن تصحيح الوضع لمن مسجل ضده بلاغ تغيب يتم عن طريق إلغاء بلاغ التغيب ونقل الخدمات إلى صاحب عمل آخر بحاجة إلى خدماته عبر المنصات الرقمية لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (منصة قوى للعمالة المهنية، ومنصة مساند للعمالة المساندة)، بشرط توفر جواز سفر يمني ساري الصلاحية ووجود فحص طبي.
وأكد متحدث الجوازات المقدم ناصر مسلط العتيبي لـ«عكاظ»، أن تصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين الموجودين في المملكة بطرق غير نظامية يشمل فئات متعددة وفق ضوابط وإجراءات محددة لكل حالة.
وأضاف، أنه سيتم منح من لا يحملون وثائق أو جوازات سفر يمنية تأشيرات زيارة مجانية لمدة 6 أشهر، بعد حجز موعد عبر «أبشر» وإثبات الجنسية اليمنية.
وأوضح العنزي، أن تمديد تأشيرات حاملي هوية زائر أو تأشيرات الزيارة المنتهية إلكترونياً لمدة 6 أشهر، مع إتاحة نقل خدمات بعض الفئات عبر المنصات الرقمية دون مراجعة الجوازات.
وبينت المديرية العامة للجوازات، أنه يمكن لمن يجد له عملاً ممن تم منحه تأشيرة الزيارة الاستثنائية الحصول على إقامة نظامية، وذلك خلال فترة سريان التأشيرة، ويشترط لذلك توفر جواز سفر يمني ساري الصلاحية ووجود فحص طبي.
وأكدت الجوازات، على تمديد تأشيرة الزيارة منتهية الصلاحية وهوية زائر منتهية الصلاحية آلياً، دون الحاجة إلى المراجعة بشرط توفر جواز سفر يمني ساري الصلاحية.

وعن وضع الإقامات المنتهية، بينت الجوازات، أنه يتم الانتقال إلى صاحب عمل بحاجة إلى خدماته عن طريق المنصات الرقمية لوزارة الداخلية ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (منصة أبشر)، ومنصة قوى للعمالة المهنية، ومنصة مساند للعمالة المساندة، دون الحاجة إلى المراجعة، بشرط توفر جواز سفر يمني ساري الصلاحية ووجود فحص طبي.
وبينت الجوازات، أن الإجراءات لتصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين الموجودين في المملكة بطرق غير نظامية الذين ليس لديهم وثائق أو جوازات سفر، فيجب إحضار وثائق تثبت الجنسية اليمنية، سواء جواز سفر أو وثيقة سفر صادرة من سفارة بلدهم، وحجز موعد إلكتروني عبر منصة «أبشر» واختيار موقع التصحيح وحجز موعد للمراجعة في الوقت والموقع المحدد.
The General Directorate of Passports has revealed the automatic extension of expired visit visas and expired visitor identities, without the need for review, provided that a valid Yemeni passport is available.
The directorate clarified that correcting the status of those registered with an absconding report is done by canceling the absconding report and transferring services to another employer in need of their services through the digital platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Qiwa platform for professional labor and Musaned platform for supporting labor), provided that a valid Yemeni passport is available and a medical examination is conducted.
Passport spokesman Major Nasser Muslat Al-Otaibi confirmed to "Okaz" that correcting the status of Yemenis present in the Kingdom through irregular means includes multiple categories according to specific rules and procedures for each case.
He added that those who do not hold Yemeni documents or passports will be granted free visit visas for a period of 6 months, after booking an appointment via "Absher" and proving Yemeni nationality.
Al-Anzi explained that the extension of visas for holders of visitor identities or expired visit visas electronically for a period of 6 months is available, along with the possibility of transferring services for some categories through digital platforms without reviewing the passports.
The General Directorate of Passports indicated that those who find work among those granted the exceptional visit visa can obtain legal residency during the validity period of the visa, provided that a valid Yemeni passport is available and a medical examination is conducted.

Booking an Appointment for Review
Regarding the status of expired residencies, the passports clarified that transferring to an employer in need of their services can be done through the digital platforms of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Absher platform), Qiwa platform for professional labor, and Musaned platform for supporting labor, without the need for review, provided that a valid Yemeni passport is available and a medical examination is conducted.
The passports indicated that the procedures for correcting the status of Yemenis present in the Kingdom through irregular means who do not have documents or passports require bringing documents proving Yemeni nationality, whether a passport or a travel document issued by their embassy, and booking an electronic appointment through the "Absher" platform, selecting the correction location, and booking an appointment for review at the specified time and location.
