دعت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني إلى أخذ الحيطة والحذر، وضرورة البقاء في أماكن آمنة والابتعاد عن أماكن تجمع السيول والأودية وعدم السباحة فيها، والالتزام بالتعليمات المعلنة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك لاستمرار هطول الأمطار الرعدية على معظم مناطق المملكة، حتى (الأربعاء) القادم.
وكان مركز الأرصاد قد أوضح أن منطقة مكة المكرمة ستتأثر بأمطار من متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار، تشمل العاصمة المقدسة والكامل والجموم وبحرة والطائف وميسان وأضم والعرضيات، وخفيفة إلى متوسطة لتشمل الليث والقنفذة وجدة ورابغ وخليص ورنية والخرمة والمويه وتربة.
وأشار إلى أن مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة وتبوك والجوف والحدود الشمالية ستتأثر بأمطار من متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول وتساقط البرد ورياح هابطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار وخفيفة إلى متوسطة على مناطق المدينة المنورة وحائل ونجران.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for caution and the necessity of staying in safe places, avoiding areas where floods and valleys gather, and not swimming in them. It is important to adhere to the instructions announced through various media outlets and social media platforms, as thunderstorms are expected to continue over most regions of the Kingdom until next (Wednesday).
The Meteorological Center has clarified that the Makkah region will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, leading to the flow of torrents, hail, and descending winds that stir up dust and sand. This includes the Holy Capital, Al-Kamil, Al-Jumum, Bahra, Taif, Maysan, Aum, and Al-Ardiyat. Light to moderate rains are expected to affect Al-Lith, Al-Qunfudhah, Jeddah, Rabigh, Khulais, Rania, Al-Khurmah, Al-Muwayh, and Turbah.
It was also noted that the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, and the Northern Borders will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, leading to the flow of torrents, hail, and descending winds that stir up dust and sand, while light to moderate rains are expected in the regions of Medina, Hail, and Najran.
