جاءت توجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بتصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين في السعودية استجابةً لطلب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني الدكتور رشاد العليمي، وتجسيداً للروابط الأخوية المتينة والشراكة الإستراتيجية بين البلدين ومراعاة للأوضاع الإنسانية في الداخل اليمني، واستمراراً وتأكيداً لما تقوم به حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية من جهود دعم ومساندة للشعب اليمني الشقيق على كافة الأصعدة الإنسانية والتنموية والإغاثية، وتقديم كافة التسهيلات للشعب اليمني الشقيق المقيم في المملكة.
ويسهم هذا الإجراء بشكل مباشر في تصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين في المملكة وتمكنهم من الحصول على فرص عمل نظامية، تنعكس على ملايين الأسر داخل اليمن وتعزز مشاركة رأس المال البشري اليمني في مشاريع التنمية.
500 ألف شخص استفادوا من مبادرة 2015
وتستضيف السعودية أكبر عدد من الأشقاء اليمنيين المقيمين خارج بلادهم، يحظون بتقديم كافة التسهيلات لهم بما يضمن حياة كريمة على كافة المستويات، في الوقت ذاته تتصدر الدول المانحة لليمن في كافة المجالات، وتقدم من خلال مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية برامج متعددة لدعم الإنسان اليمني وتنمية اليمن.
وشهد العام 2015 توجيهاً لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز بتصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين المقيمين بطريقة غير نظامية في المملكة، امتداداً لمواقف المملكة الأخوية مع اليمن حكومة وشعباً، وتقديراً لأبناء الجمهورية اليمنية الشقيقة ولتخفيف الأعباء عليهم، صدرت التوجيهات لتصحيح أوضاع المقيمين في المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية من أبناء اليمن الشقيق.
وأعلنت وزارة العمل السعودية، أن عدد الذين انتهى تصحيح أوضاعهم من الجالية اليمنية في كافة مدن البلاد خلال الفترة الماضية، وصل إلى نحو 500 ألف مستفيد ممن تمت تسوية أوضاعهم وحصولهم على «هوية زائر».
المملكة لها أياد بيضاء على شعب اليمن
أكد المقيم اليمني عبدالله حسن العصفي أن مبادرة تصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين الموجودين في المملكة بطرق غير نظامية تحمل قيمة إنسانية تتعلق بشكل مباشر بتفاصيل حياة الفرد وأسرته، وتترجم الرعاية السعودية إلى مسار يعالج وضعه النظامي، ويهيئ له الانتقال إلى مرحلة أكثر استقراراً، ضمن الإجراءات والضوابط التي تعلنها الجهات المختصة.
وأضاف: «لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وحكومة المملكة أياد بيضاء على اليمن وشعبه ستتذكرها الأجيال لسنوات طويلة».
بدوره أوضح المقيم اليمني معاذ صالح محمد بن ناشر أن هذه المبادرة امتداد لحرص خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، على رعاية الشعب اليمني، واستمراراً لنهج يجمع بين مساندته في الداخل اليمني والعناية بأبنائه الذين يعيشون في المملكة.
دعم متواصل ليس بمستغرب
وبين معاذ عادل حسين صالح النقيب بقوله: «لا شك أن المملكة العربية السعودية وطن الإنسانية ومنبع الخير والعطاء، وليس مستغرب ما نشاهده من تلمس لحاجات الشعب اليمني وحكومته».
وأفاد قائلاً: «شاهدنا في القريب العاجل الدعم المتواصل للحكومة اليمنية عبر دعم ميزانيتها ورواتب الموظفين فيها، كما نشاهد المشاريع الخدمية والصحية والطرق والمشاريع الحيوية داخل اليمن والتي يشرف عليها مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة».
وتابع بقوله: «دأبت حكومة خادم الحرمين الشريفين على تلمس حاجات الفئات المقيمة على أرض المملكة التي تحتاج إلى الدعم والعيش بكرامة فاهتمت بتعليم أبنائنا وقبولهم في المدارس بشكل مباشر وتسهيل الإجراءات وتخفيف الأعباء التي فرضتها الأزمة على حياتنا وقدرتنا على تأمين حاجاتنا».
The directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, to rectify the status of Yemenis in Saudi Arabia came in response to a request from the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and embody the strong brotherly ties and strategic partnership between the two countries, while taking into account the humanitarian situation inside Yemen. This also continues and reaffirms the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support and assist the brotherly Yemeni people on all humanitarian, developmental, and relief levels, providing all necessary facilities for the Yemeni people residing in the Kingdom.
This measure directly contributes to rectifying the status of Yemenis in the Kingdom and enables them to obtain regular job opportunities, which will positively impact millions of families inside Yemen and enhance the participation of Yemeni human capital in development projects.
500,000 people benefited from the 2015 initiative
Saudi Arabia hosts the largest number of Yemeni brothers residing outside their country, providing them with all necessary facilities to ensure a dignified life at all levels. At the same time, it leads the donor countries to Yemen in all fields and offers various programs through the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works to support the Yemeni people and develop Yemen.
In 2015, a directive was issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, to rectify the status of Yemenis residing irregularly in the Kingdom, extending the Kingdom's brotherly positions with Yemen, both government and people. In appreciation of the citizens of the sisterly Republic of Yemen and to alleviate their burdens, directives were issued to rectify the status of Yemenis residing irregularly in the Kingdom.
The Saudi Ministry of Labor announced that the number of Yemenis whose status has been rectified in all cities of the country during the past period reached about 500,000 beneficiaries who have had their status settled and obtained a "Visitor Identity".
The Kingdom has a benevolent hand towards the people of Yemen
Yemeni resident Abdullah Hassan Al-Asafi confirmed that the initiative to rectify the status of Yemenis in the Kingdom who are residing irregularly carries a humanitarian value that directly relates to the details of an individual's and their family's life. It translates Saudi care into a path that addresses their legal status and prepares them to transition to a more stable phase, within the procedures and regulations announced by the relevant authorities.
He added, "The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Government of the Kingdom have benevolent hands over Yemen and its people that generations will remember for many years."
For his part, Yemeni resident Muath Saleh Muhammad bin Nasher explained that this initiative is an extension of the concern of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the care of the Yemeni people, continuing a policy that combines support for them inside Yemen and caring for its citizens living in the Kingdom.
Continuous support is not surprising
Muath Adel Hussein Saleh Al-Naqeeb stated: "There is no doubt that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the homeland of humanity and the source of goodness and giving, and it is not surprising what we see in addressing the needs of the Yemeni people and their government."
He added: "We have recently witnessed continuous support for the Yemeni government through supporting its budget and the salaries of its employees, as well as the service, health, road, and vital projects inside Yemen that are overseen by the King Salman Center for Relief."
He continued: "The Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has consistently sought to address the needs of the resident groups on the Kingdom's soil that require support and a dignified living, focusing on the education of our children and their acceptance in schools directly, facilitating procedures, and alleviating the burdens imposed by the crisis on our lives and our ability to secure our needs."
