استقبل المواطنون اليمنيون، سواء داخل المملكة أو في الداخل اليمني، ببالغ الشكر والامتنان التوجيهات الكريمة الصادرة من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، والاستجابة لطلب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني، والتي أعلنت بموجبها وزارة الداخلية بدء إجراءات تصحيح أوضاع كافة المقيمين بطرق غير نظامية من الجنسية اليمنية على أرض المملكة.
وأكد عدد من أبناء الجالية اليمنية والمواطنين المقيمين بالمملكة في أحاديث لـ«عكاظ»، أن هذه المبادرة الإنسانية الشاملة تجسد نهج القيادة الرشيدة في الوقوف الدائم إلى جانب الشعب اليمني في مختلف الظروف، واصفين القرار بـ«القرار التاريخي» الذي يفتح آفاقاً جديدة للآلاف من الأسر اليمنية لترتيب أوضاعها المعيشية والعملية والنظامية تحت مظلة القانون بما يحفظ كرامتهم ويضمن حقوقهم.
سند حقيقي وأمل تجدد
وقال المقيم اليمني عبدالرحمن علوي لـ«عكاظ»: «إن هذه المكرمة الملكية ليست غريبة على المملكة العربية السعودية، التي كانت وما زالت السند الحقيقي للشعب اليمني عبر التاريخ، وقرار تصحيح الأوضاع يرفع عن كاهل الآلاف أعباء الخوف من مخالفة الأنظمة، ويمنحهم فرصة الاستقرار للعمل والمساهمة في بناء حياتهم بشكل نظامي وأمن».
من جانبه، أشار المواطن اليمني سعيد محمد إلى أن استجابة خادم الحرمين الشريفين لطلب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي تعكس حجم التنسيق والحرص من القيادة السعودية على مراعاة الظروف الاستثنائية التي يمر بها اليمن، مؤكداً أن هذا القرار يمثل طوق نجاة لآلاف اليمنيين ممن فرضت عليهم ظروف الحرب والنزوح والتواجد غير النظامي في المملكة.
ارتياح واسع ورسائل امتنان
وعبرت الأوساط الشعبية والإعلامية اليمنية عن ارتياح بالغ فور صدور البيان، مشيرين إلى أن هذا الإجراء التنظيمي الحكيم يعزز الأمن الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمقيمين، ويضمن لهم حقوقهم ويكفل لهم حياة كريمة في وطنهم الثاني.
ورفع اليمنيون بمختلف أطيافهم الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وولي عهده رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، معربين عن اعتزازهم العميق بالعلاقات الأخوية الراسخة التي تجمع بين الشعبين الشقيقين، داعين الله أن يحفظ المملكة وأمنها واستقرارها.
The Yemeni citizens, whether inside the Kingdom or within Yemen itself, received with great gratitude and appreciation the generous directives issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the response to the request of the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, under which the Ministry of Interior announced the commencement of procedures to rectify the status of all Yemeni nationals residing in the Kingdom in an irregular manner.
A number of members of the Yemeni community and citizens residing in the Kingdom confirmed in interviews with "Okaz" that this comprehensive humanitarian initiative embodies the wise leadership's approach of always standing by the Yemeni people in various circumstances, describing the decision as a "historic decision" that opens new horizons for thousands of Yemeni families to arrange their living, work, and legal situations under the umbrella of the law, preserving their dignity and ensuring their rights.
A Real Support and Renewed Hope
The Yemeni resident Abdulrahman Alawi told "Okaz": "This royal generosity is not strange to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has been and continues to be the true support for the Yemeni people throughout history. The decision to rectify the status alleviates the burdens of fear from violating regulations for thousands and grants them the opportunity to stabilize their work and contribute to building their lives in a legal and secure manner."
For his part, Yemeni citizen Said Mohammed pointed out that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' response to the request of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council reflects the extent of coordination and care from the Saudi leadership to consider the exceptional circumstances that Yemen is going through, affirming that this decision represents a lifeline for thousands of Yemenis who have been forced into conditions of war, displacement, and irregular presence in the Kingdom.
