استعدادًا لموسم حج 1448هـ، عقدت وزارة الحج والعمرة اجتماعات تحضيرية مع مكاتب شؤون الحجاج في 78 دولة، لمتابعة الخطط التشغيلية ومواءمة الترتيبات والمتطلبات والجداول الزمنية قبل وصول الحجاج إلى المملكة.
وناقشت الاجتماعات مراحل الاستعداد، وتنفيذ البرنامج الزمني، وإجراءات الباقة الشاملة، والتعاقد مع مقدمي الخدمات، وترتيبات السكن والنقل والإعاشة والتفويج، إلى جانب البرامج التوعوية والأنظمة المنظمة للحج.
تسريع إنجاز الإجراءات
وتستكمل تعاقدات حجاج الخارج عبر «المسار الإلكتروني» الذي يضم أكثر من 500 خدمة رقمية، ويتكامل مع أكثر من 80 جهة حكومية وتشغيلية و5 آلاف مزود خدمة، بما يرفع كفاءة التنسيق ويسرّع إنجاز الإجراءات.
وكانت استعدادات الموسم قد انطلقت منذ 12 ذي الحجة 1447هـ بتسليم مكاتب شؤون الحجاج وثيقة التحضير والبرنامج الزمني، أعقبها تقييم الموسم السابق ورصد فرص التحسين، بما يدعم الانتقال المبكر من الاستعداد إلى التنفيذ وفق خطط ومواعيد واضحة.
In preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah held preparatory meetings with the offices of the affairs of pilgrims in 78 countries to follow up on operational plans and align arrangements, requirements, and timelines before the arrival of pilgrims to the Kingdom.
The meetings discussed the stages of preparation, the implementation of the timeline, the procedures for the comprehensive package, contracting with service providers, and arrangements for housing, transportation, sustenance, and crowd management, in addition to awareness programs and regulations governing Hajj.
Accelerating the Completion of Procedures
The contracts for foreign pilgrims are being completed through the "electronic pathway," which includes more than 500 digital services and integrates with over 80 governmental and operational entities and 5,000 service providers, thereby enhancing coordination efficiency and accelerating the completion of procedures.
The preparations for the season began on the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah 1447 AH with the delivery of the preparation document and the timeline program to the offices of the affairs of pilgrims, followed by an evaluation of the previous season and identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting the early transition from preparation to implementation according to clear plans and timelines.
