تعقد مبرة في الرياض يوم 3 نوفمبر 2026 الدورة الثامنة لمجلس القيادة السعودي بمشاركة نخبة من قادة التواصل والخبراء من الجهات الحكومية والشركات الرائدة في لقاء يناقش التحولات التي تعيد تشكيل دور التواصل الاستراتيجي وقدرته على بناء الثقة وتعزيز السمعة ودعم القرار وصناعة الأثر.
ويُعقد المجلس هذا العام تحت شعار «من الرؤية إلى الأثر: كيف يقود التواصل الاستراتيجي مسيرة التحول في المملكة العربية السعودية» في ظل اتساع دور التواصل داخل المؤسسات وما تفرضه البيئة المتغيرة من حاجة إلى ممارسات أكثر قدرة على استشراف التحديات وإدارة السمعة وبناء العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة وربط التواصل بالأولويات الاستراتيجية والنتائج المؤسسية.
وتتناول أعمال المجلس مستقبل المهنة ودور التواصل في تحويل الرؤى إلى أثر ورفع قدرة المؤسسات على التكيف إلى جانب الفرص والتحديات التي يفرضها الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الناشئة على بناء الثقة ومستقبل التواصل.
وتُفتتح أعمال المجلس بكلمة يلقيها أحمد فهد الشمري المتحدث الرسمي لشركة غازكو القابضة ونائب الرئيس التنفيذي لقطاع التسويق والاتصال المؤسسي والاستدامة وتجربة العميل بعنوان «الثقة في ظل التغيير: قيادة الاتصال في مشهد إقليمي جديد». وتأتي مشاركة الشمري ضمن دور غازكو بوصفها الشريك الاستراتيجي والراعي الرئيسي للمجلس حيث تتناول كلمته مسؤولية قيادات التواصل في بناء الثقة وقيادة الاتصال في بيئة إقليمية متغيرة.
ويتضمن مجلس القيادة السعودي ثلاث جلسات رئيسية تتناول التحولات التي تعيد تشكيل دور التواصل ومستقبل المهنة.
وتناقش الجلسة الأولى «من الرؤية إلى الأثر: التواصل محركًا للتحول» دور التواصل في تحويل الرؤى والاستراتيجيات إلى أثر ملموس. ويدير الجلسة وليد الحربي المشرف العام على التواصل المؤسسي بوزارة الصحة السعودية بمشاركة صالح إبراهيم الزويد مدير عام الإعلام والتواصل في الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض وصيغة الشمري كاتبة وإعلامية سعودية وخبيرة في الاتصال المؤسسي وأميرة أنور أفندي قيادية تنفيذية في الاتصال المؤسسي وبناء العلامة التجارية.
وتتناول الجلسة الثانية «مستقبل التواصل: الذكاء الاصطناعي والثقة والقيادة في ظل عدم اليقين» ويديرها منذر محمود طيب زميل ونائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مبرة ورئيس لجنة مجلس القيادة السعودي بمشاركة نورة عبد الرحمن آل الشيخ خبيرة تنفيذية في التسويق والاتصال المؤسسي وإدارة العلامات التجارية وتركي الطعيمي رئيس قطاع التواصل المؤسسي في هيئة تطوير بوابة الدرعية وتيسير المفرج المدير التنفيذي للاتصال الاستراتيجي والمتحدث الرسمي للهيئة العامة للعقار.
أما الجلسة الثالثة «التحول المؤسسي المؤثر: بناء مؤسسات جاهزة للمستقبل» فتتناول دور التواصل والقيادة في تمكين المؤسسات من مواكبة التحولات والاستعداد للمستقبل. وتديرها سعادة هبة فطاني زميلة وعضو المجلس الاستراتيجي في مبرة والمدير العام للمكتب الإعلامي لحكومة رأس الخيمة بمشاركة كاترينا بيلوفا عضو المجلس الاستراتيجي في مبرة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سيج إكس بي والدكتور ستيفن كارل سميث أخصائي أول للتواصل المؤسسي في شركة مرافق والدكتور معاذ الجعفري الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ثروة للاستشارات.
وفي هذا السياق قال منذر محمود طيب نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مبرة ورئيس لجنة مجلس القيادة السعودي: «يشهد التواصل تحولًا في دوره ومكانته داخل المؤسسات من إدارة الرسائل إلى صناعة الأثر وبناء الثقة ودعم القرار. ويأتي مجلس القيادة السعودي ليجمع نخبة من قادة المهنة والخبراء حول القضايا التي ترسم مستقبل التواصل وتعزز قدرته على مواكبة التحولات وصناعة قيمة مستدامة للمؤسسات والمجتمع».

The Mabara in Riyadh will hold the eighth session of the Saudi Leadership Council on November 3, 2026, featuring a select group of communication leaders and experts from government entities and leading companies in a meeting that discusses the transformations reshaping the role of strategic communication and its ability to build trust, enhance reputation, support decision-making, and create impact.
This year's council is held under the slogan "From Vision to Impact: How Strategic Communication Leads the Transformation Journey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," amidst the expanding role of communication within institutions and the changing environment's demand for practices that can better anticipate challenges, manage reputation, build relationships with stakeholders, and align communication with strategic priorities and institutional outcomes.
The council's discussions will address the future of the profession and the role of communication in transforming visions into impact, enhancing institutions' adaptability, alongside the opportunities and challenges posed by artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on building trust and the future of communication.
The council will open with a speech by Ahmed Fahd Al-Shammari, the official spokesperson for Gazco Holding and Vice President of Marketing, Corporate Communication, Sustainability, and Customer Experience, titled "Trust Amid Change: Leading Communication in a New Regional Landscape." Al-Shammari's participation reflects Gazco's role as the strategic partner and main sponsor of the council, where his speech will address the responsibility of communication leaders in building trust and leading communication in a changing regional environment.
The Saudi Leadership Council includes three main sessions discussing the transformations reshaping the role of communication and the future of the profession.
The first session, "From Vision to Impact: Communication as a Driver of Transformation," discusses the role of communication in turning visions and strategies into tangible impact. The session will be moderated by Waleed Al-Harbi, the General Supervisor of Corporate Communication at the Saudi Ministry of Health, with participation from Saleh Ibrahim Al-Zuwaid, Director General of Media and Communication at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Saja Al-Shammari, a Saudi writer and media expert specializing in corporate communication, and Ameera Anwar Effendi, an executive leader in corporate communication and brand building.
The second session, "The Future of Communication: Artificial Intelligence, Trust, and Leadership in Times of Uncertainty," will be moderated by Munther Mahmoud Tayeb, a fellow and Vice Chairman of the Mabara Board and Chairman of the Saudi Leadership Council, with participation from Nora Abdul Rahman Al-Sheikh, an executive expert in marketing and corporate communication and brand management, Turki Al-Taimi, Head of Corporate Communication at the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and Taysir Al-Mufrej, Executive Director of Strategic Communication and Official Spokesperson for the General Authority for Real Estate.
The third session, "Impactful Institutional Transformation: Building Future-Ready Institutions," discusses the role of communication and leadership in enabling institutions to keep pace with transformations and prepare for the future. It will be moderated by Hiba Fattani, a fellow and member of the strategic council at Mabara and the General Director of the Media Office for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, with participation from Katerina Belova, a member of the strategic council at Mabara and CEO of SIG XP, Dr. Stephen Carl Smith, Senior Corporate Communication Specialist at Marafiq, and Dr. Muath Al-Jaafari, CEO of Tharwa Consulting.
In this context, Munther Mahmoud Tayeb, Vice Chairman of the Mabara Board and Chairman of the Saudi Leadership Council, stated: "Communication is witnessing a transformation in its role and status within institutions, shifting from managing messages to creating impact, building trust, and supporting decision-making.
