ربطت وزارة التعليم الإجازات المرضية بمنصة «صحة» في خدمة تتيح نقل بيانات الإجازات المرضية الصادرة والمعتمدة من المنشأة الصحية إلى نظام «فارس» آلياً، دون الحاجة إلى إرفاق مستند الإجازة المرضية.
وبينت الوزارة أن «صحة» منصة إلكترونية وطنية تابعة لوزارة الصحة، تتيح إصدار الإجازات المرضية، والتحقق منها إلكترونياً، وربط بياناتها بالجهات الحكومية والخاصة، بما يعزز موثوقية الإجازات المرضية وتتيح انعكاس بيانات الإجازات المرضية إلكترونياً من منصة (صحة) إلى نظام فارس، بعد إصدارها واعتمادها من المنشأة الصحية، بما يسهم في تسريع الإجراءات، ورفع موثوقية بيانات الإجازات.
وأشارت وزارة التعليم إلى أنه يمكن الاستفادة من الخدمة من خلال الدخول إلى نظام فارس، واختيار (صلاحية الخدمة الذاتية للموظف)، ثم (الإجازات)، واختيار (إجازة مرضية)، وإدخال رمز الخدمة (رقم التقرير الطبي)، لتظهر بيانات الإجازة المرضية: تاريخ بدايتها ونهايتها ولا يتطلب تسجيل الإجازة إرفاق التقرير الطبي ولا يلزم الموظف رفع تقرير الإجازة المرضية يدوياً. ونبهت الوزارة إلى أنه في حال عدم ظهور الإجازة المرضية يتم التحقق من صحة رمز الخدمة (رقم التقرير)، وتاريخ بداية الإجازة ونهايتها، ومطابقتها للبيانات المسجلة، ثم إعادة المحاولة، وفي حال استمرار المشكلة يتم رفع تذكرة عبر الدعم الموحد.
وأوضحت أنه لا يمكن تعديل بيانات الإجازة المرضية في نظام فارس وأي تعديل عليها يتم من خلال الجهة الصحية التي أصدرت الإجازة ولا يعني ظهور الإجازة في «فارس» اعتمادها تلقائياً، إذ يتم اعتمادها بعد التحقق من توافقها مع اللوائح والأنظمة، والإطار التنظيمي للإجازات المعتمد ويمكن تسجيل أكثر من إجازة وفقاً للتقارير الصادرة من منصة (صحة)، والفترات المحددة فيها، بما يتوافق مع الضوابط والأنظمة المعتمدة.
كيف تعالج الاجازات المتداخلة ؟
شارت الوزارة إلى أنه تتم معالجة الإجازات المتداخلة وفق نوع الإجازة، والفترة المحددة لها، بما يتوافق مع الضوابط والأنظمة المعتمدة ولا يشترط استخدام كامل الأيام المحددة في تقرير الإجازة ويمكن تسجيل عدد أيام أقل على أن تكون الأيام المطلوبة ضمن الفترة المحددة في تقرير الإجازة ولا يمكن الاستفادة من الأيام المتبقية في الإجازة المرضية في وقت لاحق، نظراً لارتباط الإجازة بالمدة المحددة في التقرير الطبي المعتمد، ولا يُعتد بالأيام غير المستخدمة بعد انتهاء المدة.
The Ministry of Education has linked sick leaves to the "Seha" platform in a service that allows the automatic transfer of data regarding sick leaves issued and approved by the health facility to the "Faris" system, without the need to attach the sick leave document.
The ministry clarified that "Seha" is a national electronic platform affiliated with the Ministry of Health, which allows for the issuance of sick leaves, verification of them electronically, and linking their data with governmental and private entities, thereby enhancing the reliability of sick leaves and enabling the electronic reflection of sick leave data from the (Seha) platform to the Faris system, after they have been issued and approved by the health facility, contributing to the acceleration of procedures and increasing the reliability of leave data.
The Ministry of Education indicated that the service can be utilized by logging into the Faris system, selecting (Employee Self-Service Permissions), then (Leaves), and choosing (Sick Leave), and entering the service code (Medical Report Number), to display the sick leave data: its start and end dates. Registering the leave does not require attaching the medical report, nor does it require the employee to manually upload the sick leave report. The ministry warned that if the sick leave does not appear, one should verify the accuracy of the service code (report number), the start and end dates of the leave, and ensure they match the recorded data, then try again. If the problem persists, a ticket should be raised through unified support.
It was clarified that sick leave data cannot be modified in the Faris system, and any modifications must be made through the health entity that issued the leave. The appearance of the leave in "Faris" does not automatically mean its approval, as it is approved after verifying its compliance with the regulations and systems, and the regulatory framework for approved leaves. More than one leave can be registered according to the reports issued from the (Seha) platform and the specified periods therein, in accordance with the approved controls and regulations.
How are overlapping leaves handled?
The ministry indicated that overlapping leaves are processed according to the type of leave and the specified period, in accordance with the approved controls and regulations. It is not mandatory to use all the days specified in the leave report, and fewer days can be registered as long as the requested days fall within the specified period in the leave report. The remaining days of the sick leave cannot be utilized later, due to the leave being tied to the duration specified in the approved medical report, and unused days after the period ends are not considered.
