نفذت وزارة التجارة أكثر من (20) ألف جولة ميدانية على الأسواق والمراكز التجارية ومنافذ البيع في كافة مناطق المملكة للتحقق من التزامها بضوابط وشروط التخفيضات خلال شهر أغسطس 2026.
وتأتي هذه الجولات التفتيشية تزامنًا مع موسم تخفيضات 2026، الذي انطلق مطلع شهر أغسطس ويمتد حتى 31 أكتوبر 2026.
وتحققت الفرق الرقابية للوزارة من تراخيص التخفيضات، وإبرازها للمستهلك، والالتزام بالتخفيضات والعروض الحقيقية المرخص لها، ونسب التخفيضات، وبطاقات الأسعار أو القارئ الإلكتروني للأسعار متضمنًا السعر قبل وبعد التخفيض، والإفصاح بوضوح عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
وتدعو الوزارة المستهلكين إلى التحقق من نظامية وصحة التخفيضات والعروض التجارية من خلال مسح «الباركود» الظاهر في الترخيص للاطلاع على كافة البيانات المتعلق بالتخفيضات، التي تشمل «نوع ونسبة التخفيضات، ومدتها، إضافة إلى بيانات المنشأة».
The Ministry of Commerce has conducted more than (20) thousand field tours of markets, commercial centers, and sales outlets across all regions of the Kingdom to ensure their compliance with the regulations and conditions of discounts during August 2026.
These inspection tours coincide with the 2026 discount season, which began at the start of August and will continue until October 31, 2026.
The ministry's monitoring teams verified the discount licenses, ensured they were presented to consumers, checked compliance with the authorized discounts and genuine offers, the discount rates, and the price tags or electronic price readers that include the price before and after the discount, and clearly disclosed the return and exchange policy.
The ministry urges consumers to verify the legality and accuracy of discounts and commercial offers by scanning the "barcode" displayed on the license to access all data related to the discounts, which include "the type and percentage of discounts, their duration, as well as the establishment's information."
