أكد مدرب الأهلي الهولندي مارينو بوسيتش، أهمية استعادة فريقه نغمة الانتصارات عندما يستضيف الرياض غداً (الجمعة) على ملعب الأمير عبدالله الفيصل، في مواجهة يدخلها «الراقي» بحثاً عن مصالحة جماهيره والعودة إلى المسار الصحيح، عقب خسارتين متتاليتين أمام الخلود والهلال.
وقال بوسيتش خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي يسبق المواجهة: «كل مباراة تحمل طابعاً تنافسياً، واللعب على أرضنا يمنحنا فرصة كبيرة، خصوصاً أمام جماهيرنا، بعد خوض مباراتين متتاليتين خارج أرضنا تعرضنا خلالهما للخسارة».
وفي رده على سؤال «عكاظ» بشأن استقبال الأهلي ستة أهداف خلال المباراتين الماضيتين، وإمكانية إضافة لاعب جديد قبل إغلاق سوق الانتقالات، أوضح بوسيتش: «صحيح، ستة أهداف رقم كبير وأنا لست راضياً عنه، والسوق لا يزال متاحاً، والإدارة تملك القرار الكامل في هذا الجانب».
وأضاف مدرب الأهلي: «أنا أثق بفريقي أكثر، ومنافسونا لم يصنعوا الكثير من الفرص أمامنا، ونعمل بشكل يومي على معالجة الأخطاء وتحسين الأداء».
وعن الأوكراني أرتيم بوندارينكو واستبعاده من مواجهة الهلال الماضية، شدد بوسيتش على ثقته بإمكانات اللاعب، مبيناً أن القرار جاء ضمن سياسة التدوير، وقال: «لدينا جدول مباريات مزدحم، واللاعبون بطبيعة الحال يحتاجون إلى الوقت، وأنا أثق في أرتيم وإمكاناته، واستبعاده أمام الهلال كان للتدوير فقط، ولا يمكنني اختيار جميع اللاعبين».
ويتطلع الأهلي أمام الرياض إلى إيقاف سلسلة الخسائر واستعادة التوازن، مستفيداً من عودته للعب على أرضه وبين جماهيره، في وقت يسعى الجهاز الفني إلى معالجة الأخطاء التي ظهرت خلال المباراتين الماضيتين وإعادة الفريق إلى طريق الانتصارات.

Regarding the Ukrainian Artem Bondarenko and his exclusion from the last match against Al-Hilal, Pusic stressed his confidence in the player's abilities, indicating that the decision was part of a rotation policy. He said: "We have a busy match schedule, and players naturally need time, and I trust Artem and his capabilities, and his exclusion against Al-Hilal was just for rotation, and I cannot choose all the players."
Al-Ahli is looking to stop the losing streak and regain balance against Al-Riyadh, benefiting from their return to play at home and among their fans, while the coaching staff aims to address the mistakes that appeared during the last two matches and bring the team back to the path of victories.
