ضبطت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي مواطنًا مخالفًا لنظام البيئة في محمية الإمام تركي بن عبدالله الملكية، لارتكابه مخالفة رعي 60 متنًا من الإبل في مواقع محظور الرعي فيها، وطبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأكدت القوات أن عقوبة رعي الإبل تبلغ 500 ريال لكل متن، داعيةً إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية عبر الرقم 911 في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، أو 999 و996 في بقية مناطق المملكة، مع ضمان سرية البلاغات.
وفي منطقة مكة المكرمة، تمكنت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي أثناء تنفيذ مهامها في تطبيق نظام البيئة من ضبط مواطنين مخالفين لارتكابهما مخالفة الصيد دون ترخيص، بحوزتهما بندقيتان ناريتان و778 ذخيرة منوعة وثلاثة كائنات فطرية مصيدة، وطبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما. وشددت القوات على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تجرّم صيد الكائنات الفطرية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة استخدام الأسلحة النارية دون ترخيص تبلغ 80 ألف ريال، والصيد دون ترخيص عشرة آلاف ريال، والصيد في الأماكن المحظور الصيد فيها خمسة آلاف ريال، وصيد طائر الجرجس دون ترخيص ألفي ريال، مع الدعوة إلى الإبلاغ عن أي اعتداءات على البيئة عبر الأرقام المخصصة.
كما ضبطت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي مقيمين مخالفين لنظام البيئة من الجنسية اليمنية في منطقة المدينة المنورة، لاستغلالهما الرواسب، وطبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما. وأوضحت القوات أنه تم ضبط معدتين تستخدمان في تجريف ونقل التربة، مؤكدة أهمية الإبلاغ عن أي تجاوزات تمس البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية عبر الأرقام المعتمدة، مع التعامل مع البلاغات بسرية تامة.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security apprehended a citizen violating the environmental system in the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve for grazing 60 camels in areas where grazing is prohibited, and legal procedures were applied against him.
The forces confirmed that the penalty for grazing camels is 500 riyals for each camel, calling for reporting any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife through the number 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 996 in other regions of the Kingdom, with a guarantee of confidentiality for the reports.
In the Makkah region, the Special Forces for Environmental Security managed, while carrying out their tasks to enforce the environmental system, to apprehend citizens violating the law for hunting without a license, in possession of two firearms, 778 assorted ammunition, and three trapped wildlife creatures, and legal procedures were applied against them. The forces emphasized adherence to the environmental system and its executive regulations that criminalize the hunting of wildlife, confirming that the penalty for using firearms without a license is 80,000 riyals, hunting without a license is 10,000 riyals, hunting in prohibited areas is 5,000 riyals, and hunting the jerjer bird without a license is 2,000 riyals, while calling for reporting any assaults on the environment through the designated numbers.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security also apprehended expatriates violating the environmental system of Yemeni nationality in the Madinah region for exploiting the sediments, and legal procedures were applied against them. The forces clarified that two machines used for dredging and transporting soil were seized, emphasizing the importance of reporting any violations affecting the environment or wildlife through the approved numbers, while handling the reports with complete confidentiality.
