في لقاء جمع الخبرة المهنية بالحوار المفتوح، استضاف فرع هيئة الصحفيين السعوديين بجازان، بالتعاون مع جمعية أدبي جازان، ضمن برنامج «حديث الإعلاميين»، المحرر الصحفي بصحيفة «عكاظ» محمد المالكي، في أمسية إعلامية استعرض خلالها محطات من تجربته الصحفية، وقدم للحضور خلاصة سنوات من العمل والممارسة في بلاط الصحافة.
وتنقل اللقاء بين محطات التجربة الصحفية، ومهارات صناعة الخبر، وطرق التعامل مع الأحداث والمصادر، وصولًا إلى التحديات التي يفرضها المشهد الإعلامي الجديد، في ظل التحول المتسارع في أدوات النشر وصناعة المحتوى.
وشهدت الأمسية حوارًا مفتوحًا وتفاعلًا لافتًا من الحضور، حيث تبادل المشاركون الآراء والتجارب حول واقع العمل الصحفي، وأهمية أن يواصل الإعلامي تطوير أدواته ومهاراته، وأن يكون أكثر قدرة على مواكبة المستجدات، دون أن يفقد جوهر المهنة القائم على الدقة والمصداقية والمسؤولية.
كما سلط المالكي الضوء على أهمية التجربة الميدانية في بناء شخصية الصحفي، وصقل مهاراته، مؤكدًا أن الصحافة ليست مجرد نقل للمعلومة، بل مسؤولية وممارسة يومية تتطلب البحث والتحقق والقدرة على الوصول إلى المعلومة وصياغتها بأسلوب مهني مؤثر.
وفي ختام اللقاء، كرّم مدير فرع هيئة الصحفيين السعوديين بجازان، الدكتور علي خواجي، المحرر الصحفي محمد المالكي، تقديرًا لمشاركته وإثرائه برنامج «حديث الإعلاميين» بتجربته المهنية، وما قدمه من رؤى وتجارب للحضور.
ويأتي برنامج «حديث الإعلاميين» منصةً للحوار وتبادل الخبرات، وإتاحة الفرصة أمام الإعلاميين والمهتمين للالتقاء بأسماء وتجارب مهنية، والاستفادة من خبراتها في مسيرة العمل الإعلامي.
In a meeting that combined professional experience with open dialogue, the Jazan branch of the Saudi Journalists Association, in collaboration with the Jazan Literary Association, hosted the journalist from "Okaz" newspaper, Mohammed Al-Maliki, as part of the "Media Talk" program. During this media evening, he reviewed key moments from his journalistic experience and presented to the attendees a summary of years of work and practice in the realm of journalism.
The meeting transitioned between various stages of journalistic experience, skills in news production, methods of dealing with events and sources, leading to the challenges imposed by the new media landscape, amidst the rapid transformation in publishing tools and content creation.
The evening featured an open dialogue and notable interaction from the attendees, where participants exchanged opinions and experiences about the reality of journalistic work, and the importance of journalists continuing to develop their tools and skills, and being more capable of keeping up with new developments, without losing the essence of the profession based on accuracy, credibility, and responsibility.
Al-Maliki also highlighted the importance of field experience in shaping a journalist's character and honing their skills, emphasizing that journalism is not just about conveying information, but a responsibility and daily practice that requires research, verification, and the ability to access and craft information in an impactful professional style.
At the end of the meeting, the director of the Jazan branch of the Saudi Journalists Association, Dr. Ali Khawaji, honored journalist Mohammed Al-Maliki in appreciation of his participation and for enriching the "Media Talk" program with his professional experience and the insights and experiences he shared with the attendees.
