أمير نجران يطلع على نجاح زراعة نخيل العجوة في المنطقة 

The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, highlighted the support and attention the agricultural sector receives from the wise leadership - may God support it - emphasizing the importance of benefiting from the agricultural resources that the region possesses, and supporting farmers while encouraging them to expand the cultivation of high-quality crops and products with economic value.
This came during his meeting in his office with the Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in Najran, Engineer Muraiah bin Shara'a Al-Shahrani, accompanied by farmer Hussein bin Yahya Qaraan Al-Abbas, who presented his experience in cultivating Ajwa date palms in the region.
The Emir of Najran was briefed on the experience of cultivating Ajwa date palms and the results it has achieved, with the number of Ajwa date palms planted in the region reaching (100) palms, along with the quality of its fruits according to standard specifications.
Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz praised the results achieved by this experience, emphasizing the importance of supporting successful agricultural experiments and benefiting from them, which contributes to diversifying agricultural production in the region and enhancing its sustainability.
