شكلت هيئة النقل 5 لجان للنظر في المخالفات والتظلمات المتعلقة بنظام النقل البري على الطرق. وتشمل اللجان مخالفات النظام وأنشطة النقل بسيارة الأجرة والوساطة في نقل الركاب عبر التطبيقات الإلكترونية، ومخالفات الشاحنات الأجنبية، ومخالفات النقل الخفيف للبضائع وتوصيل الطلبات، ولجنة مخالفات الأنشطة الأخرى.
وحدد قرار أصدرته هيئة النقل اختصاصات كل لجنة بالنظر في المخالفات الواقعة ضمن نطاق عملها وإيقاع العقوبات النظامية، فيما تتولى لجنة التظلمات دراسة الاعتراضات وتعمل اللجان وفق قواعد عمل لجنة النظر في التظلمات ومخالفات أحكام نظام النقل البري على الطرق، لمدة ثلاث سنوات بما ينظم إجراءات النظر في الاعتراضات ويحدد الجهة المختصة بكل نوع منها، ويعزز وضوح المسار النظامي لحفظ حقوق الأطراف ومراجعة القرارات وفق الأطر المعتمدة.
The Transport Authority has formed 5 committees to address violations and grievances related to the land transport system on roads. The committees include violations of the system, activities related to taxi transport, mediation in passenger transport via electronic applications, violations by foreign trucks, violations of light cargo transport and delivery services, and a committee for violations of other activities.
A decision issued by the Transport Authority defined the responsibilities of each committee to consider violations within its scope of work and impose regulatory penalties, while the Grievances Committee is responsible for studying objections. The committees operate according to the rules of the Grievances Committee and violations of the provisions of the land transport system on roads for a period of three years, which organizes the procedures for considering objections and specifies the competent authority for each type, enhancing the clarity of the regulatory path to protect the rights of the parties and review decisions according to the approved frameworks.
