المرور أكد على ضرورة توقّف سائق المركبة قبل الالتفاف؛ للتأكد من خلو التقاطع من المركبات ومنح الأفضلية للقادمين من الاتجاه الآخر. إذا كان هناك مثلّث بزاوية التقاطع، يجب الالتفاف قبله، أما الالتفاف بعد المثلث فيُعتبر قطعاً وتجاوزاً للإشارة الحمراء، ويجب الالتزام بالمسار الأيمن قبل الالتفاف في حال كان الطريق رئيسياً دون خدمة.
وأوضح المرور أنه إذا كان هناك طريق رئيسي وطريق خدمة، يجب الالتفاف والمركبة على طريق الخدمة، مع التقيّد بالمسار الأيمن قبل الالتفاف. كما وجّه بعدم الالتفاف لليمين عند وجود سهم أحمر مضيء أو لوحة ممنوع الالتفاف لليمين والإشارة الضوئية حمراء، ومخالفة ذلك تُعتبر قطعاً وتجاوزاً للإشارة.
