أعلنت الهيئة العامة للعقار قرب انتهاء المهلة المحددة للتسجيل العيني الأول للعقار لـ 142 قطعة عقارية، في 12 حيًا بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، منها 10 أحياء بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وحيان بمحافظة جدة، فيما تنتهي أعمال التسجيل العيني الأول للعقار لـ 62 قطعة عقارية في حي واحد بالمنطقة الشرقية، وذلك بنهاية (الخميس) 30 صفر 1448هـ، الموافق لـ 13 أغسطس 2026.
وبينت «الهيئة» أن التسجيل العيني للعقار سينتهي في الأحياء التالية بمدينة مكة المكرمة: (جزء من حي الفرقان، جزء من حي المقام، جزء من حي جعرانة، جزء من حي الفتح، جزء من حي النقا الجديد)، فيما ينتهي التسجيل في الأحياء التالية بمحافظة جدة: (جزء من حي طيبة، جزء من حي الرياض).
ودعت الهيئة ملاك العقارات الواقعة ضمن نطاق الأحياء العقارية المعلنة إلى سرعة المبادرة بتسجيل عقاراتهم من خلال منصة السجل العقاري قبل انتهاء مدة التسجيل للاستفادة من خدمات تنفيذ التصرفات العقارية وتوثيق جميع التغييرات التي تطرأ على العقار.
وأوضحت أن السجل العقاري سيصدر «رقم عقار» وصك تسجيل ملكية لكل وحدة عقارية تُسجل، ويتضمن صك تسجيل الملكية الجديد الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق للعقار وبيانات مالكه وأوصافه وحالته وما يتبعه من حقوق والتزامات وجميع التصرفات العقارية التي تطرأ عليه؛ ليكون أساسًا في توثيق الملكية والحقوق العقارية المترتبة عليها، بما يسهم في استدامة وتعزيز القطاع العقاري والممكنات الرئيسية له.
وأكدت «هيئة العقار» أن عدم تسجيل العقارات خلال المدة المحددة في قرار الإعلان يعرض ملاكها للغرامات المالية الواردة في نظام التسجيل العيني للعقار التي تحددها لجنة مختصة بالنظر في المخالفات، وأن طلبات التسجيل العيني للعقار مستمرة في جميع المناطق المعلنة حتى بعد انتهاء مدة التسجيل المحددة في قرار الإعلان.
The General Authority for Real Estate has announced the nearing end of the deadline for the first land registration for 142 real estate plots in 12 neighborhoods in the Makkah region, including 10 neighborhoods in the city of Makkah and two in Jeddah. The first land registration for 62 real estate plots in one neighborhood in the Eastern Province will also conclude by the end of (Thursday) 30 Safar 1448 AH, corresponding to August 13, 2026.
The Authority indicated that the land registration will conclude in the following neighborhoods in the city of Makkah: (part of Al-Furqan neighborhood, part of Al-Maqam neighborhood, part of Al-Ja'ranah neighborhood, part of Al-Fath neighborhood, part of the New Al-Naqa neighborhood), while registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Jeddah: (part of Taiba neighborhood, part of Riyadh neighborhood).
The Authority urged property owners located within the announced real estate neighborhoods to promptly register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform before the registration period ends to benefit from the services of executing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
It clarified that the Real Estate Registry will issue a "Property Number" and a title deed for each registered real estate unit, which will include the precise geographical location of the property, the owner's data, its descriptions, condition, and any associated rights and obligations, as well as all real estate transactions that occur on it; this will serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights arising from it, contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
The "Real Estate Authority" confirmed that failing to register properties within the specified period in the announcement exposes their owners to financial penalties outlined in the land registration system, which are determined by a committee specialized in reviewing violations. Applications for land registration will continue in all announced areas even after the specified registration period in the announcement has ended.
