اعتمدت أمانة منطقة عسير، ممثلةً في إدارة تخطيط المدن بوكالة التخطيط الحضري والأراضي، 311 مخططاً حكومياً وخاصاً خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي 2026، وذلك ضمن جهودها الرامية إلى تنظيم التنمية العمرانية، ودعم التوسع الحضري، ورفع كفاءة التخطيط بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة بالمنطقة.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن المخططات المعتمدة شملت 53 مخططاً حكومياً، و258 مخططاً خاصاً بعد استكمال أعمال المراجعة والتأكد من توافقها مع المعايير والاشتراطات التخطيطية المعتمدة بما يضمن ملاءمتها لمتطلبات التنمية العمرانية واحتياجات السكان.
وبيّنت أن اعتماد هذه المخططات يأتي في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتطوير البيئة العمرانية، ورفع كفاءة منظومة التخطيط الحضري، بما يواكب النمو الذي تشهده المنطقة في مختلف المجالات، ويدعم توفير بيئة عمرانية متكاملة ومستدامة.
وأشارت إلى أن المخططات السكنية المعتمدة تسهم في زيادة المعروض من الأراضي والوحدات السكنية وتلبية الطلب المتنامي بما يدعم مستهدفات التنمية الحضرية، ويعزز جودة الحياة للسكان والزوار.
وتواصل أمانة منطقة عسير جهودها في تطوير منظومة التخطيط الحضري وفق أسس ومعايير تخطيطية بما يسهم في تحقيق تنمية عمرانية متوازنة، ورفع كفاءة استخدام الأراضي وتعزيز جاذبية المنطقة واستدامة نموها.
The Asir Region Municipality, represented by the Urban Planning and Land Agency's City Planning Department, has approved 311 government and private plans during the first half of the current year 2026, as part of its efforts to organize urban development, support urban expansion, and enhance planning efficiency to contribute to improving the quality of life in the region.
The municipality clarified that the approved plans included 53 government plans and 258 private plans after completing the review process and ensuring their compliance with the approved planning standards and requirements, which guarantees their suitability for urban development needs and the requirements of the population.
It indicated that the approval of these plans comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to develop the urban environment and enhance the efficiency of the urban planning system, in line with the growth witnessed in the region across various fields, and supports the provision of an integrated and sustainable urban environment.
It pointed out that the approved residential plans contribute to increasing the supply of land and housing units to meet the growing demand, thus supporting urban development targets and enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors.
