أطلق رئيس ديوان المظالم رئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور علي الأحيدب النسخة الجديدة من منصة «مُعين» الرقمية.
وأكد أن التدشين يأتي حافزاً لبذل المزيد من الجهود في ظل دعم القيادة ضمن التفعيل التسارعي لمستهدفات منظومة ديوان المظالم، مبيناً أن منصة «مُعين» خطوة نوعية تعكس استمرار تطوير الخدمات القضائية الرقمية، والارتقاء بجودة تجربة المستفيدين، وتبسيط إجراءات التقاضي الإداري، وتعزيز كفاءة الوصول إلى خدمات القضاء الإداري والاستفادة منها.
وأوضح أن منصة مُعين الرقمية بحلتها الجديدة طُوّرت بهوية رقمية حديثة تتكامل في بناء تجربة استخدام أكثر سهولة ووضوحاً، وذلك بعد إعادة تصميم واجهات المنصة وتنظيم خدماتها بما يواكب حاجات المستفيدين، مع مراعاة أفضل ممارسات تجربة المستخدم في صناعة رحلة دعوى استثنائية تُمهّد لتفعيل التقنيات الناشئة والذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يختصر خطوات إنجاز الخدمات، ويسهّل التنقل بينها، كما شمل التطوير إعادة ترتيب الخدمات وفقاً للأكثر استخداماً، وإتاحة قائمة مخصصة بالخدمات المفضلة لكل مستخدم.
وأفاد الدكتور الأحيدب أن المنصة بحلتها الجديدة اعتمدت رقماً موحداً لكل دعوى، يرافقها في جميع مراحلها، بما يسهّل متابعتها واتخاذ الإجراءات عليها، إلى جانب تطوير آلية تقديم الطلبات القضائية، وأتمتة نماذجها، بما يسهم في تقليل الوقت والجهد، تعزيزاً لجودة التقاضي التي يتطلع لها المستفيدون، من خلال تعظيم أثر القيمة المضافة للخدمات القضائية الرقمية.
ويأتي التدشين امتداداً لمسيرة التطوير، ومواءمة المنصات مع متطلبات الكود السعودي للمنصات الرقمية، والمضي في تنفيذ مبتكرات تحقق مستهدفات المنظومة في الريادة.
The President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali Al-Ahaidib, launched the new version of the digital platform "Muin."
He confirmed that the launch serves as an incentive to exert more efforts in light of the leadership's support for the accelerated activation of the objectives of the Board of Grievances system, indicating that the "Muin" platform is a qualitative step that reflects the ongoing development of digital judicial services, enhances the quality of the beneficiaries' experience, simplifies administrative litigation procedures, and improves access to and benefit from administrative judiciary services.
He explained that the new version of the Muin digital platform has been developed with a modern digital identity that integrates to create a more user-friendly and clear experience. This was achieved after redesigning the platform's interfaces and organizing its services to meet the needs of the beneficiaries, while considering the best practices in user experience to create an exceptional litigation journey that paves the way for the activation of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, thereby shortening the steps to complete services and facilitating navigation between them. The development also included rearranging services according to their frequency of use and providing a customized list of favorite services for each user.
Dr. Al-Ahaidib stated that the platform, in its new form, has adopted a unified number for each case, which accompanies it through all its stages, making it easier to track and take action on it, in addition to developing the mechanism for submitting judicial requests and automating their forms, which contributes to reducing time and effort, enhancing the quality of litigation that beneficiaries aspire to, by maximizing the impact of the added value of digital judicial services.
The launch comes as a continuation of the development journey, aligning the platforms with the requirements of the Saudi Code for digital platforms, and proceeding with implementing innovations that achieve the system's objectives in leadership.
