وظّفت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الروبوتات التفاعلية وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لخدمة المشاركين والزوّار في مسابقة الملك عبدالعزيز الدولية لحفظ القرآن الكريم وتلاوته وتفسيره في دورتها السادسة والأربعين، بما يتيح تقديم المعلومات والإرشادات وتسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات بأكثر من 90 لغة عالمية. وتتميّز الروبوتات المتحركة المزوّدة بشاشات تفاعلية بتقديم معلومات متكاملة عن المسابقة، تشمل الجداول الزمنية وأماكن الفعاليات والخدمات المقدّمة، إلى جانب الإجابة عن استفسارات المشاركين والزوّار، بما يسهم في اختصار الوقت والجهد وإثراء تجربتهم خلال فعاليات المسابقة.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has employed interactive robots and artificial intelligence technologies to serve participants and visitors at the King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Quran in its forty-sixth edition. This initiative allows for the provision of information and guidance and facilitates access to services in more than 90 global languages. The mobile robots equipped with interactive screens provide comprehensive information about the competition, including schedules, event locations, and available services, as well as answering inquiries from participants and visitors, thereby helping to save time and effort and enriching their experience during the competition events.
