أطلقت وزارة البلديات والإسكان، خدمة تأهيل مقاولي القطاع البلدي لتمكين منشآت المقاولات من استيفاء متطلبات التأهيل والحصول على الاعتماد وفق معايير موحدة، ورفع كفاءة مزودي الخدمات وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لتنفيذ الأعمال والمشاريع البلدية.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن الخدمة تنظم رحلة تأهيل المقاولين بدءاً من استكمال المتطلبات النظامية والفنية، مروراً بتقييم المنشأة وفق معايير الجودة والجاهزية التشغيلية، وصولاً إلى اعتمادها في الخدمات والمجالات البلدية المستهدفة.
وبيّنت، أن متطلبات التأهيل تشمل وجود سجل تجاري ورخصة بلدية ساريين، واستيفاء شهادة التصنيف والعضويات المطلوبة، وتوافر الكوادر والخبرات الفنية، إلى جانب استكمال البيانات والوثائق اللازمة عبر منصة «بلدي أعمال».
وأكدت، أن الخدمة تعتمد معايير تقييم موحدة للتحقق من كفاءة المنشآت وموثوقيتها وجاهزيتها، ومدى قدرتها على تنفيذ الأعمال وتقديم الخدمات البلدية وفق المتطلبات الفنية والمهنية المعتمدة.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى منح منشآت المقاولات مهلة تصحيحية حتى 30 يونيو 2027 لاستكمال متطلبات التأهيل والاعتماد، داعية المنشآت إلى الاستفادة من المهلة والمبادرة بإنهاء الإجراءات اللازمة عبر المنصة.
وأضافت، أن التأهيل يتيح للمنشآت الاستعداد للعمل في الخدمات والمجالات البلدية المستهدفة، ويرفع جودة الأعمال المنفذة وكفاءة تقديم الخدمات للمستفيدين، مشيرة إلى أن الخدمة متاحة إلكترونياً عبر منصة «بلدي أعمال»، إذ يمكن للمنشآت استكمال البيانات، وإرفاق الوثائق المطلوبة، ومتابعة إجراءات التأهيل حتى صدور الاعتماد.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has launched a service to qualify municipal sector contractors to enable contracting establishments to meet qualification requirements and obtain accreditation according to standardized criteria, enhancing the efficiency of service providers and boosting their readiness to execute municipal works and projects.
The ministry clarified that the service organizes the contractors' qualification journey starting from completing the regulatory and technical requirements, passing through the evaluation of the establishment according to quality and operational readiness standards, and reaching its accreditation in the targeted municipal services and fields.
It indicated that the qualification requirements include having a valid commercial registration and municipal license, fulfilling the classification certificate and required memberships, and having the necessary technical staff and expertise, in addition to completing the necessary data and documents through the "Baladi Aamal" platform.
It emphasized that the service relies on standardized evaluation criteria to verify the efficiency, reliability, and readiness of establishments, as well as their ability to execute works and provide municipal services according to the approved technical and professional requirements.
The ministry pointed out that it grants contracting establishments a corrective period until June 30, 2027, to complete the qualification and accreditation requirements, urging establishments to take advantage of the extension and proactively complete the necessary procedures through the platform.
It added that qualification allows establishments to prepare to work in the targeted municipal services and fields, raising the quality of executed works and the efficiency of service delivery to beneficiaries, noting that the service is available electronically through the "Baladi Aamal" platform, where establishments can complete the data, attach the required documents, and follow up on the qualification procedures until accreditation is issued.
