شارك مركز وقاء بمنطقة نجران في فعاليات مهرجان خيرات نجران، بجناح توعوي يهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية الوقاية من الآفات النباتية والأمراض الحيوانية، والتعريف بالخدمات والمهمات التي يقدمها المركز للمزارعين والمربين والمستفيدين.
وتضمن الجناح تقديم رسائل توعوية وإرشادات فنية حول أفضل الممارسات الوقائية والإجابة عن استفسارات الزوار، إلى جانب توزيع المطبوعات التثقيفية التي تسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي بالصحة النباتية والصحة الحيوانية، بما يدعم حماية الموارد الزراعية واستدامتها.
وأكد مدير عام فرع مركز وقاء بمنطقة نجران المهندس أحمد بن علي آل زريع أن مشاركة الفرع في مهرجان خيرات نجران تأتي انطلاقاً من حرص المركز على تعزيز التواصل مع المجتمع ورفع مستوى الوعي بأهمية الوقاية من الآفات النباتية والأمراض الحيوانية، والتعريف بالخدمات الوقائية التي يقدمها للمزارعين والمربين بما يسهم في حماية الموارد الزراعية وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن جهود مركز وقاء في نشر الثقافة الوقائية وبناء شراكات مجتمعية فاعلة وتعزيز الوعي بالممارسات السليمة التي تسهم في المحافظة على الصحة النباتية والحيوانية واستدامة القطاع الزراعي.
The Waqaa Center in the Najran region participated in the activities of the Najran Goodies Festival with an awareness booth aimed at enhancing awareness of the importance of preventing plant pests and animal diseases, and introducing the services and missions provided by the center to farmers, breeders, and beneficiaries.
The booth included the presentation of awareness messages and technical guidelines on best preventive practices and answering visitors' inquiries, in addition to distributing educational publications that contribute to raising awareness of plant health and animal health, thereby supporting the protection and sustainability of agricultural resources.
The Director General of the Waqaa Center branch in the Najran region, Engineer Ahmed bin Ali Al-Zurai, confirmed that the branch's participation in the Najran Goodies Festival comes from the center's keenness to enhance communication with the community and raise awareness of the importance of preventing plant pests and animal diseases, as well as introducing the preventive services it provides to farmers and breeders, which contributes to protecting agricultural resources, enhancing food security, and achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This participation is part of the Waqaa Center's efforts to spread preventive culture, build effective community partnerships, and enhance awareness of sound practices that contribute to maintaining plant and animal health and the sustainability of the agricultural sector.
