توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم (الإثنين)، ارتفاع درجات الحرارة العظمى على المنطقة الشرقية وأجزاء من مناطق الرياض ومكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة في حين يستمر تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق وكذلك على أجزاء من مناطق القصيم وحائل وتبوك والجوف والحدود الشمالية، بينما لا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة برياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة والأجزاء الجنوبية من مرتفعات منطقة مكة المكرمة.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر تكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة (15 - 30) كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج إلى متوسط.
وفي الخليج العربي تكون الرياح السطحية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة (15 - 30) كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج إلى متوسط.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today (Monday) a rise in maximum temperatures in the Eastern region and parts of the Riyadh, Makkah, and Madinah regions, while the effect of active winds stirring up dust and sand continues in parts of those areas as well as in parts of the Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders regions. Meanwhile, the opportunity remains for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in parts of the Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha regions, and the southern parts of the highlands of the Makkah region.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea are northwesterly to westerly at a speed of (15 - 30) km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea condition is light to moderate.
