أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية واستنكارها مواصلة سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي انتهاكاتها السافرة في المنطقة، وآخرها التوغلات داخل الأراضي السورية، واستهداف محافظتي القنيطرة ودرعا بقذائف مدفعية.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان: «المملكة تعبر عن رفضها التام لما تقوم به قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي من ترويع للمدنيين الآمنين، وانتهاك للقوانين والأعراف الدولية».
وتشدد المملكة على أهمية وقف التعديات الإسرائيلية على سيادة الأراضي السورية، والالتزام باتفاقية فض الاشتباك لعام 1974، بما يحافظ على أمن واستقرار المنطقة، مجددةً دعمها لسيادة ووحدة الأراضي السورية.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the continued blatant violations by the Israeli occupation authorities in the region, the latest of which are the incursions into Syrian territory and the targeting of the Quneitra and Daraa governorates with artillery shells.
The ministry stated in a statement: "The Kingdom expresses its complete rejection of the actions taken by the Israeli occupation forces that terrorize innocent civilians and violate international laws and norms."
The Kingdom emphasizes the importance of stopping Israeli encroachments on the sovereignty of Syrian territory and adhering to the 1974 disengagement agreement, which preserves the security and stability of the region, reaffirming its support for the sovereignty and unity of Syrian territory.
