شهدت الكويت إحدى أغرب قضايا التزوير في تاريخها الحديث، والتي تجسد بامتياز مفهوم الدمى الروسية المتداخلة (ماتروشكا)، إذ لم تقتصر عملية التلاعب على مجرد إضافة فرد وهمي، بل امتدت لتهدم جذور عائلة كاملة وتكشف سلسلة أجيال مزيفة بالكامل يتبعها نحو 59 فرداً.
ظهرت أولى تفاصيل الفضيحة حين تلقى قطاع مباحث الجنسية في الكويت معلومات سرية تفيد بأن شخصاً يُدعى «م» (مواليد 1968) أقدم على إدراج شخصين غريبين ضمن ملف جنسيته على أنهما ابناه الشرعيان.
وبتعميق التحريات الأمنية، انکشف الوجه الحقيقي للمفاجأة، إذ تبين أن المذكورين (المسجلين برمز «هـ» و«ف») هما في الأصل شقيقان يحملان جنسية خليجية، وجرى زرعهما داخل الملف الكويتي خصيصاً للاستفادة غير المشروعة من المزايا والامتيازات الممنوحة للمواطنين الكويتيين.
ومع اقتراب الطوق الأمني، سارع الشقيق الأول «هـ» لمغادرة الكويت نهاية عام 2025، بينما وقع الشقيق الثاني «ف» في قبضة الأمن. وبمواجهته بهاتفه والمستندات الخليجية التي تؤكد هويته الحقيقية، انهار المتهم معترفاً بأن «م» ليس والده، وأن الهدف الوحيد من العملية كان التحايل للحصول على الجنسية.
ولأن المتهم الرئيسي «م» غادر الكويت أيضاً مطلع عام 2026 دون أن تترك له بصمة وراثية محفوظة لدى الجهات الرسمية، لجأ المحققون إلى الحيلة العلمية الأدق، وهي العودة إلى بصمة الجد المفترض «ع» (المتوفى)، والمحفوظة لدى الإدارة العامة للأدلة الجنائية.
وهنا وقع الزلزال العلمي الكبير:
- أثبت فحص البصمة الوراثية (DNA) أن المتهم «ف» ليس حفيداً للجد «ع».
- لم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، بل أخضع المحققون ثلاثة من أبناء «م» الموجودين داخل الكويت للفحص ذاته، لتكون الطامة الكبرى: أبناء «م» لا يرتبطون وراثياً بالجد «ع» على الإطلاق!
وتأسيساً على ذلك، تكشفت الخديعة الكبرى بأبعادها الصادمة، فالأب الهارب «م» نفسه ليس ابناً للجد المسجل في ملف الجنسية، وفي الوقت ذاته ليس أباً للشخصين اللذين أضافهما على ملفه كأبناء.
ولقطع الشك باليقين، استدعت مباحث الجنسية في الكويت أبناء الجد المفترض «ع»، لتؤكد الاعترافات الرسمية أن من كانوا مسجلين كأعمام وأقارب لم يكونوا سوى حلقات في سلسلة تزوير شيطانية امتدت لعقود من الزمن.
هذا الزلزال القانوني والعلمي وضع مصير 59 شخصاً (من أبناء وبنات وأحفاد يتبعون الملف المزيف) في مهب الريح، بينما أُحيل المتهمون إلى النيابة العامة لاستكمال الإجراءات القضائية، في ضربة أمنية قوية تؤكد عزم السلطات الكويتية على تطهير ملفات الجنسية من كافة أشكال التلاعب بالأنساب.
Kuwait witnessed one of the strangest forgery cases in its modern history, which perfectly embodies the concept of nested Russian dolls (Matryoshka), as the manipulation process was not limited to merely adding a fictitious individual, but extended to undermine the roots of an entire family and reveal a series of completely fake generations followed by about 59 individuals.
The first details of the scandal emerged when the Citizenship Investigation Sector in Kuwait received confidential information indicating that a person named "M" (born in 1968) had included two strange individuals in his citizenship file as his legitimate sons.
As security investigations deepened, the true face of the surprise was revealed, as it turned out that the mentioned individuals (registered under the codes "H" and "F") were actually brothers holding Gulf citizenship, and they were planted within the Kuwaiti file specifically to illegally benefit from the advantages and privileges granted to Kuwaiti citizens.
As the security noose tightened, the first brother "H" hurried to leave Kuwait at the end of 2025, while the second brother "F" fell into the hands of security. When confronted with his phone and the Gulf documents confirming his true identity, the accused broke down, admitting that "M" is not his father, and that the sole purpose of the operation was to deceive in order to obtain citizenship.
Since the main accused "M" also left Kuwait at the beginning of 2026 without leaving a preserved genetic fingerprint with the official authorities, investigators resorted to a more precise scientific trick, which was to return to the presumed grandfather's fingerprint "A" (deceased), preserved by the General Department of Forensic Evidence.
Here, a significant scientific earthquake occurred:
- DNA testing proved that the accused "F" is not a grandson of grandfather "A".
- The matter did not stop there; investigators subjected three of "M's" children residing in Kuwait to the same test, leading to the major disaster: "M's" children are not genetically related to grandfather "A" at all!
Based on this, the great deception was revealed in its shocking dimensions, as the fugitive father "M" himself is not a son of the grandfather registered in the citizenship file, and at the same time is not a father to the two individuals he added to his file as sons.
To eliminate any doubt, the Citizenship Investigation in Kuwait summoned the presumed grandfather "A's" children, confirming the official confessions that those who were registered as uncles and relatives were merely links in a diabolical forgery chain that extended for decades.
This legal and scientific earthquake put the fate of 59 individuals (sons, daughters, and grandchildren following the fake file) in jeopardy, while the accused were referred to the Public Prosecution to complete the judicial procedures, in a strong security blow that confirms the Kuwaiti authorities' determination to cleanse citizenship files from all forms of lineage manipulation.
