اعتمدت وزارة التعليم منصة «مدارس» موقعاً رسمياً لتسجيل الطلاب والطالبات في مدارس التعليم الخاص في السعودية، واعتمادها القناة الموحدة لتسجيل الطلاب في المدارس المدرجة ضمن المنصة.
وقالت الوزارة إن الإجراء يأتي في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية، وتطوير خدمات رقمية متكاملة تسهم في الارتقاء بتجربة أولياء الأمور، عبر تسهيل إجراءات التسجيل وتوثيقها إلكترونياً، وتمكينهم من الاطلاع على الخيارات التعليمية المتاحة واتخاذ قراراتهم بيسر ووضوح.
وتوفر منصة «مدارس» مجموعة من الخدمات الرقمية التي تسهم في تحسين تجربة التسجيل، وتيسير الوصول إلى المعلومات المتعلقة بالمدارس، بما يعزز جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين ويرفع كفاءة الإجراءات.
وتحتوي المنصة على آليات تضمن الشفافية وتوثيق الحقوق والرسوم المدرسية والمقارنة بين المدارس، فضلاً عن الشكاوى والملاحظات.
The Ministry of Education has adopted the "Madaris" platform as an official site for registering male and female students in private schools in Saudi Arabia, and it has been approved as the unified channel for student registration in schools listed on the platform.
The ministry stated that this procedure comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance governance and transparency, and to develop integrated digital services that contribute to improving the experience of parents by facilitating and electronically documenting registration procedures, enabling them to access available educational options and make their decisions easily and clearly.
The "Madaris" platform provides a range of digital services that help improve the registration experience and facilitate access to information related to schools, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries and increasing the efficiency of procedures.
The platform includes mechanisms that ensure transparency, document rights and school fees, and allow comparisons between schools, in addition to handling complaints and feedback.
