تغلق وزارة التعليم، الخميس القادم، استقبال طلبات إتاحة رفع طلبات استثناء التقاعد المبكر للدراسة عبر نظام «فارس» لشاغلي الوظائف الإدارية والتعليمية وبند الأجور والمستخدمين والمهندسين ممن أكملوا 20 سنة في الخدمة. وأكدت الوزارة، أن شروط تقديم طلب دراسة التقاعد المبكر تتضمن ألا تقل مدة الخدمة عن 20 سنة ولا تزيد على 25 سنة، ووجود ظروف خاصة وغير عادية تقدرها الوزارة، مع ضرورة إرفاق الوثائق الداعمة، وتقديم الطلب خلال المدة المحددة، مشيرة إلى أن جميع الموظفين الخاضعين لنظام التقاعد المدني يمكنهم التقديم وفق التعليمات المعتمدة. وأوضحت الوزارة، أنها حددت مدة للتقديم بهدف تمكين الراغبين من رفع طلباتهم وتنظيم دراستها وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة، مبينة أنه لا يمكن تقديم الطلب ورقياً، إذ تُستقبل جميع الطلبات عبر الخدمة الإلكترونية في نظام فارس خلال الفترة المتاحة، وأن اعتماد الطلب في النظام لا يعني الموافقة عليه، بل يخضع للدراسة والرفع لصاحب الصلاحية للبت فيه.
وأضافت، أن مراحل دراسة الطلب تشمل استقبال الطلب عبر نظام فارس، ودراسة الحالة، والتحقق من استيفاء المتطلبات، ثم الرفع لصاحب الصلاحية لاتخاذ القرار، وإشعار المتقدم بنتيجة الطلب، وفي حال الموافقة سيتم إشعار الموظف بالإجراءات اللاحقة لاستكمال طلب التقاعد المبكر وفق الآلية المعتمدة.
The Ministry of Education will close the reception of requests for early retirement exemption studies through the "Faris" system for holders of administrative and educational positions, wage employees, users, and engineers who have completed 20 years of service next Thursday. The ministry confirmed that the conditions for submitting a request for early retirement study include that the length of service should not be less than 20 years and not exceed 25 years, and that there are special and extraordinary circumstances assessed by the ministry, with the necessity of attaching supporting documents and submitting the request within the specified period. It pointed out that all employees subject to the civil retirement system can apply according to the approved instructions. The ministry explained that it has set a period for applications to enable those interested to submit their requests and organize their study according to the approved procedures, noting that requests cannot be submitted in paper form, as all applications are received through the electronic service in the Faris system during the available period, and that the approval of the request in the system does not mean its acceptance, but rather it is subject to study and elevation to the authorized person for a decision.
It added that the stages of studying the request include receiving the request through the Faris system, studying the case, verifying the fulfillment of requirements, then elevating it to the authorized person to make a decision, and notifying the applicant of the result of the request. In case of approval, the employee will be notified of the subsequent procedures to complete the early retirement request according to the approved mechanism.
