نفذت أمانة منطقة الباحة ممثلة في الإدارة العامة لتنسيق المشروعات 6661 زيارة ميدانية أسفرت عن رصد 272 مخالفة وإصدار 80 تنبيها في مؤشر يعكس فاعلية الجهود المبذولة لرفع مستوى الانضباط والالتزام بالاشتراطات والتعليمات المنظمة، وبما يسهم في تحسين جودة الأعمال المنفذة.
وأنجزت الأمانة جولاتها في الربع الأول من العام الميلادي الحالي؛ في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لتعزيز كفاءة الأداء الميداني والارتقاء بجودة تنفيذ مشروعات البنية التحتية؛ بما يعكس التزامها بتطبيق أعلى معايير الامتثال وتحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الشاملة في المنطقة.
وكشفت الأمانة إصدار 392 تصريحا لحفرية عادية، و49 تصريحا لتوصيلات المباني المفردة و110 تصاريح لحفرية طارئة، فيما بلغ عدد إخلاءات الطرف لأعمال الحفر 436 إجراء، الأمر الذي يعزز كفاءة إدارة المشاريع ويضمن الالتزام بالمعايير الفنية المعتمدة.
وأكدت أمانة منطقة الباحة استمرارها في تطوير آليات التنسيق والرقابة بما يحد من الآثار السلبية لأعمال الحفر على الطرق والبنية التحتية ويرتقي بجودة الخدمات المقدمة تحقيقا لمستهدفات جودة الحياة ودعما لمسيرة التنمية المستدامة.
The Municipality of Al-Baha, represented by the General Administration for Project Coordination, conducted 6,661 field visits that resulted in the detection of 272 violations and the issuance of 80 warnings, reflecting the effectiveness of the efforts made to raise the level of discipline and adherence to the regulations and instructions, contributing to the improvement of the quality of the executed works.
The municipality completed its rounds in the first quarter of the current calendar year, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of field performance and elevate the quality of infrastructure project implementation, reflecting its commitment to applying the highest standards of compliance and achieving comprehensive development targets in the region.
The municipality revealed the issuance of 392 permits for regular excavations, 49 permits for single building connections, and 110 permits for emergency excavations, while the number of completion notices for excavation works reached 436 actions, which enhances project management efficiency and ensures compliance with the approved technical standards.
The Municipality of Al-Baha confirmed its continued development of coordination and monitoring mechanisms to mitigate the negative impacts of excavation works on roads and infrastructure, and to elevate the quality of services provided, achieving quality of life targets and supporting the path of sustainable development.
