أعدت وزارة الحج غرفة عمليات خاصة لحلّ التحدّيات وتقديم الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن القادمين من خارج السعودية بالتعاون مع الطيران المدني والجهات المعنية؛ بما يضمن راحة وسلامة ضيوف الرحمن، وتمكينهم من أداء المناسك بأمان.
وأكد وزير الحج الدكتور توفيق الربيعة في «منتدى العمرة والزيارة»، الذي تعقد أعماله بالمدينة المنورة تحت شعار «تاريخ يُروى في كل محطة»، الجاهزية العالية للوزارة والجهات ذات العلاقة للتعامل مع كافة التغيّرات الطارئة في ظلّ الأحداث التي تشهدها المنطقة.
وبيَّن أن عدد المعتمرين القادمين من خارج المملكة هذا العام بلغ 18 مليون معتمر، بنسبة نموَّ تجاوزت 214% مقارنة بالعامين 2022 و2025، منوهاً بالدعم والتمكين لقطاع العمرة والزيارة الذي توليه قيادة المملكة عنايتها القصوى، وللجهود التي تستهدف رعاية ضيوف الرحمن وخدمة قاصدي الحرمين الشريفين.
وأشار الوزير إلى ارتفاع نسبة رضا المعتمرين لتصل إلى 94%، خلال العام 2025، وتضاعُف الطاقة الاستيعابية لزيارة الروضة الشريفة، ليصل عدد زوارها إلى أكثر من 15.6 مليون زائر خلال العام الماضي، وارتفاع عدد المواقع والوجهات التاريخية والإثرائية التي تم تطويرُها ليصل إلى 87 موقعاً ووجهة.
يشار الى أن «منتدى العمرة والزيارة» في نسخته الثالثة يمثّل منصة تجمع الشركاء لتبادل الخبرات، وبحث الفرص، وبناء الشراكات، إذ يضم المنتدى معرضاً مصاحباً تشارك فيه أكثر من 150 جهة عارضة، وبرعاية أكثر من 50 من الشركاء والرعاة، كما يشهد تنظيم أكثر من 50 ورشة عمل وجلسة متخصصة، إلى جانب توقيع أكثر من 5,000 اتفاقية ومذكرة تفاهم، تسهم في تعزيز الابتكار، وفتح آفاقٍ جديدة لتطوير منظومة خدمات العمرة والزيارة.
The Ministry of Hajj has prepared a special operations room to address challenges and provide services to the guests of Allah coming from outside Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with civil aviation and relevant authorities; ensuring the comfort and safety of the guests of Allah, and enabling them to perform the rituals safely.
Minister of Hajj Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah confirmed at the "Umrah and Visit Forum," which is being held in Medina under the slogan "A History Told at Every Station," the high readiness of the ministry and related entities to deal with all emergency changes in light of the events taking place in the region.
He noted that the number of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom this year has reached 18 million, with a growth rate exceeding 214% compared to the years 2022 and 2025, highlighting the support and empowerment for the Umrah and visit sector that the leadership of the Kingdom gives its utmost care, and the efforts aimed at serving the guests of Allah and those visiting the Two Holy Mosques.
The minister pointed out that the satisfaction rate of pilgrims has reached 94% during the year 2025, and the capacity for visiting the Noble Rawdah has doubled, reaching over 15.6 million visitors last year, along with an increase in the number of historical and enriching sites and destinations developed to reach 87 sites and destinations.
It is worth noting that the "Umrah and Visit Forum" in its third edition represents a platform that brings together partners to exchange experiences, explore opportunities, and build partnerships, as the forum includes a concurrent exhibition with participation from more than 150 exhibiting entities, sponsored by over 50 partners and sponsors. It also features the organization of more than 50 workshops and specialized sessions, in addition to signing more than 5,000 agreements and memorandums of understanding, contributing to enhancing innovation and opening new horizons for developing the system of Umrah and visit services.
