مثلما تأوي براءة الطفولة إلى صدر الأمهات، جددت غيوم السروات غرامها بالارتماء بين أحضان قمم وأودية منطقة الباحة، وجللت نهارها بالبياض؛ ليستعيد المزارعون والرعاة ذكريات مرّ عليها نصف قرن من الأعوام، وطغت لغة الابتهاج والتفاؤل على محيا الكبار و الأطفال احتفاءً برحمات السماء؛ إذ أن حيوية المجتمع الزراعي مرتبطة بهطول الأمطار الموسمية، واستعادة الأودية لجريانها الموسمي وامتلاء الآبار بالمياه.
وشهدت منطقة الباحة منذ ساعات حالة مطريّة عامة، تجلّت في زيادة منسوب مياه السدود، و ارتفاع منسوب حيازات الآبار من المياه، ما يؤذن بتعزيز المزايا النسبية للباحة متمثلاً في زيادة رقعة الغطاء النباتي، وتنامي المبادرات الزراعية، واستقطاب المزيد من عشاق السياحة الشتوية، ويبشّر باحتفاظ الغابات والمنتزهات بخضرتها الدائمة.
فيما حذرت الجهات المعنية المواطنين والمقيمين من عبور الأودية أو النزول في مسارات تجمعات الأمطار.
Just as the innocence of childhood finds refuge in the embrace of mothers, the clouds of the Sarawat mountains have renewed their love for falling into the arms of the peaks and valleys of the Al-Baha region, covering the day in white; allowing farmers and shepherds to recall memories from half a century ago, while the language of joy and optimism dominated the faces of both adults and children in celebration of the blessings from the sky; as the vitality of the agricultural community is linked to the seasonal rains, the return of the valleys to their seasonal flow, and the filling of wells with water.
The Al-Baha region has witnessed a general rainy condition for several hours, manifested in the rise of water levels in the dams and the increase in the water levels in wells, signaling the enhancement of Al-Baha's relative advantages, represented in the expansion of vegetation cover, the growth of agricultural initiatives, and the attraction of more winter tourism enthusiasts, promising the preservation of the forests and parks in their everlasting greenery.
Meanwhile, the relevant authorities have warned citizens and residents against crossing the valleys or descending into the paths of rainwater gatherings.
