أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية قرار سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بتحويل أراضي الضفة الغربية إلى ما تسميه «أملاك دولة» تابعة لسلطات الاحتلال، في مخططات تهدف إلى فرض واقع قانوني وإداري جديد في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، وتقوض الجهود الجارية لتحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وأكَّدت المملكة أنّ لا سيادة لإسرائيل على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، مجددةً رفضها المطلق لهذه الإجراءات غير القانونية، التي تشكّل انتهاكًا جسيمًا للقانون الدولي، وتقوّض حلّ الدولتين، وتمثّل اعتداءً على الحقّ الأصيل للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق في إقامة دولته المستقلة ذات السيادة على حدود الرابع من يونيو 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation of the Israeli occupation authorities' decision to convert the lands of the West Bank into what they call "state property" belonging to the occupation authorities, in plans aimed at imposing a new legal and administrative reality in the occupied West Bank, undermining ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region.
The Kingdom affirmed that Israel has no sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian land, reiterating its absolute rejection of these illegal measures, which constitute a serious violation of international law, undermine the two-state solution, and represent an assault on the inherent right of the Palestinian brotherly people to establish their independent sovereign state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
